Description
This course will help you take control of the Joy, Contentment, and Inner Peace in your life. You will learn how to meditate and experience different types of Meditation.
Meditation is accessible for all and is the single most important tool you can use to find the essence of what makes you who you are. In addition, you will increase self-awareness to act more authentically and make more decisions in line with your true self.
The course includes two natural breath Meditations, two guided Meditations and guided relaxation. This allows you to try different options and choose which works best for you.
Meditation has been used for 1000’s of years but is easily overlooked in today’s society. Life is a busy and stressful experience for most people, there doesn’t appear to be time to set aside for Meditation. Just 10 minutes of Meditation each day can make a significant difference with how you interact with situations that cause you stress and anxiety.
Imagine feeling calmer and being more informed to make the best decisions for your life situations. Imagine feeling better about speaking your truth and not just agreeing with everyone else because you think it is the right thing to do.
Regular Meditation will gently bring you to a place of feeling comfortable in your own skin and make decisions that fit who you are.

Ian is a qualified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Sound Therapist and Reiki Master. Ian run regular Yoga classes at his Studio in Suffolk, UK. Ian runs Sound Therapy and Energy Therapy Practitioner Training. From 2022 Ian will provide 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.
Ian has a desire to help people create the best version of themselves, allowing them to live the best life possible. Lets all help each other to help themselves.
