Introducing a trans-formative meditation program that focuses on holistic well-being and how meditation can support healing and personal growth. The speaker emphasizes that meditation is a powerful tool for gaining clarity, overcoming challenges, and achieving one's dreams.
Meditation is described as the science of life and energy, offering a way to expand consciousness and reprogram the subconscious mind, helping individuals access the super-conscious or collective quantum mind. According to quantum physics, our observations manifest possibilities—our thoughts shape our external experiences.
Consistent meditation practice led to personal success and fulfillment. including its relationship to quantum physics, neuroscience, and psychology, and how it helps clear negative and redundant thoughts. Meditation has a profound impact on the brain and mind, which can be understood through the lenses of quantum physics, neuroscience, and psychology.
If you’ve ever felt like meditation isn’t for you—because your mind just wouldn’t sit still—please hear this: you’ve already done something wonderful. Just by showing up, by trying, you’ve taken the first powerful step.
Every time you sit down to meditate, you're letting go of stress, doubts, and limiting thoughts. Even if it doesn’t feel like it, change is happening inside you.
Meditation isn’t about stopping all thoughts. It’s about learning to gently come back—to your breath, to the present, to yourself.
This simple practice—breath mindfulness meditation—has changed lives for centuries. From the time of Gautama Buddha to today, millions have found healing, strength, and clarity through it.
And it’s just like learning to drive. At first, it may feel awkward or confusing. But give it 3 weeks, and you’ll start forming a new habit. Stick with it for 6 weeks, and something beautiful happens—your thoughts shift, your emotions soften, your body starts to heal.
Our thoughts shape our reality.
Change your thoughts, and you’ll begin to see the world respond differently. You’ll see people shift. Situations open up. Your goals come closer. Your body heals.
We’ve seen this again and again—from migraines to even cancer. 70% of our participants report healing through meditation. And these are not just stories—these are real lives transformed.
Yogaḥ Karmasu Kaushalam – Excellence in Action Through Meditation
These powerful words come from the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most revered spiritual texts of India. “Yogaḥ Karmasu Kaushalam” means Yoga (or meditation) is excellence in action.
It reminds us that meditation is not just about sitting in silence—it’s about cultivating a state of awareness that transforms the way we live, think, and act. When we meditate regularly, we begin to act with clarity, compassion, and calm confidence. Our everyday actions become more thoughtful, efficient, and purposeful.
Over the next 40 days, this meditation journey is designed to help you unlock that inner excellence. You’ll notice subtle yet powerful changes—in how you focus, how you relate to others, and how you respond to challenges. This is not just about becoming better at meditation—it's about becoming better at life.
Heart Elevation Practice – A 3-Step Process
Before every meditation, we begin with a few minutes of heart-centered practice to raise our emotional energy:
Feel – Take slow, deep breaths. Connect with your heart.
Recall – Bring up a joyful memory. Relive that positive feeling fully.
Send – Set a loving intention. Imagine sharing that energy with people, animals, trees—anyone or anything in need.
According to quantum principles: Where your attention goes, energy flows.
So when you send love and gratitude, your energy naturally reaches those places—enhancing healing and deepening your own meditation.
The key idea is to recognize that any experience in meditation is natural, safe, and okay to continue with. A lack of consistency and regularity in meditation, along with distractions and wandering thoughts, are often the main reasons people struggle. This program aims to help establish consistency by practicing daily, but distractions will always be present.
Many people quit meditation due to confusion about the sensations they experience, but all experiences, including physical discomfort like shivering or a racing heartbeat, are safe and part of the process. Meditation helps us confront uncomfortable inner truths, which can cause physical responses. The key is to stay consistent, witness these sensations without judgment, and allow them to pass.
A spiritual practice ultimately involves these four elements, and while we are engaging in meditation, the intention is to improve the quality of life. According to spiritual science, nothing is random, and everything happens at the right time in our lives.
The four essential elements of spiritual practice are:
Clarity – Gaining a clear understanding of our direction and purpose.
Will – Cultivating the determination to take action without laziness or procrastination.
Energy – Developing the energy to act and engage in life with enthusiasm.
Life Force – An increase in our life energy and vitality, helping us become more enthusiastic and focused.
As we progress through the 40-day program, we’ll have the opportunity to deepen our practice. Even if you've meditated for many years, this program may help you address areas of your life that need healing or growth. If you’re still asking, "Why me?" it may indicate that there’s more for you to learn.
One important aspect of this program is to approach it with an open mind. It’s essential to "empty your cup" and avoid approaching it with preconceived notions or past experiences. When we stay in a "zero state"—free from past expectations—we become open to receiving new insights and experiences. Every individual and every moment is different, and so is every piece of knowledge we receive.
Throughout this program, we will focus on:
Meditation – Deepening our practice and understanding of meditation.
Knowledge – Gaining wisdom from spiritual science.
Awareness – Developing greater self-awareness and understanding.
Life Force – Cultivating the energy and enthusiasm to live life fully and with purpose.
This session focused on how meditation alters the mind and brain waves, leading to transformative changes. When we meditate, our brain shifts between different states, such as Theta, Delta, and Gamma waves, each with unique benefits. Theta helps connect us to a deeper energy field, while Delta is associated with healing and growth, as the body produces growth hormones. Meditation also allows us to enter the Gamma state, where we experience peak performance and "flow," improving concentration and productivity.
Long-term meditators often function in a relaxed, focused state between Beta and Alpha waves, making life feel effortless and helping them solve problems more easily. Overall, meditation impacts the brain in scientifically proven ways, leading to healing, improved performance, and a sense of effortless living. These benefits become more apparent with consistent practice.
Power of Intention and Focus through Meditation
Whatever we strongly intend with focus, it manifests in our life.
To manifest anything, we need:
A clear intention
A focused mind
A balanced state (coherence between mind and heart)
When we think and feel clearly about what we want, we naturally attract it.
Right understanding (buddhi) leads to right intentions.
If we believe we can create what we need, we don't look outside or compare with others.
Many people’s intentions are scattered—no single focus. But success comes from clear, single-pointed attention.
Meditation helps develop this focus and clarity, and brings us into the present moment, where true creation happens.
Over time, meditation helps us understand what we really want—not just what we think we want.
Some may drop out early thinking “this is not real meditation” just because thoughts come or it feels unfamiliar.
But staying consistent brings clarity, transformation, and inner strength.
Everyone is at a different level:
Some focus on body needs
Some on mind and intellect
Some want to serve others
Some seek spiritual freedom
No matter where we are, meditation takes us to our next step, helping us live a more joyful and meaningful life.
This week, we will be focused on the benefits of meditation and its role in spiritual practices, highlighting the four key components: meditation, knowledge, awareness, and life force. Wisdom (jnana) is essential in achieving liberation (mukti) from suffering. To deepen our understanding, it's important to demystify spiritual concepts like Advaita (oneness) through both reading and meditation.
Several books were recommended to enhance the practice: The Art and Science of Meditation by Dr. Newton Kondaveti, a comprehensive guide for all practitioners; Initiation: Human and Solar by Alice Bailey, exploring advanced spiritual concepts; and You Are the Placebo by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which explains how thoughts shape our reality and offers techniques for manifesting desired outcomes. These readings, along with others like Biology of Belief by Bruce Lipton and Mind to Matter by Dawson Church, bridge science and spirituality, providing a foundation for understanding how our thoughts and beliefs influence the world we create.
Patriji suggested organizing a Buddha CEO workshop to bring together leaders from various organizations and emphasize the significance of meditation which led to the first small workshop at Pyramid Valley International, a meditation center near Bangalore, which Patriji had established.
We recognized that introducing simple meditation practices like breath mindfulness to leadership could bring transformative change to organizations, as leaders hold the key resources that can significantly impact their companies.
The Buddha Quantum Foundation’s work continues, and we are now entering a new phase. Our primary mission has always been to bring this wisdom into leadership circles, creating greater awareness within organizations.
Consistent meditation is crucial for progress, as our thoughts shape our external experiences, much like how regular actions, such as exercise, condition the body. Both disciplining the body and reconditioning the mind rely on regular meditation practice. Meditation helps us break free from habitual thoughts and beliefs that shape our reality, allowing us to attract more positive experiences.
This session includes visualization and affirmations aimed at creating a better life, encouraging participants to believe in the power of their thoughts to manifest positive changes. The process involves letting go of past and present limitations, focusing on the future, and creating an "astral template" for the life we want to manifest. By practicing this, individuals can consciously shape their reality and experience greater freedom and healing.
The Power of Meditation, Mindfulness, and Affirmations
Meditation and mindfulness go hand in hand. The more you practice one, the more the other deepens.
Consistency is the key—just like physical exercise strengthens the body, regular meditation conditions the mind and emotions.
Our thoughts create our reality. What we think becomes our experience. Our thoughts and feelings shape the outer world.
The mind is often conditioned by past experiences and surroundings, but meditation helps deprogram these patterns.
Through affirmations and visualization, we can consciously create a better future.
Even if the present is difficult, we can unplug from it and build a new future through the mind.
During meditation, we create an astral template—an energy blueprint of our desired life.
Saying affirmations with belief and feeling is important:
"I am free."
"My body is healing and rejuvenating."
"I am creating a beautiful, empowered life."
Let go of doubt or logic temporarily during this practice. Faith and openness enhance the manifestation process.
You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain—this is a universal principle that works for everyone.
Mind plays a crucial role in influencing the body’s health, as all illnesses are psychosomatic—connected to mental and emotional states. Changing our thoughts can lead to changes in the body’s condition, with some experiencing spontaneous healing. Our beliefs about health send signals to our cells, affecting how they function. Meditation helps to remove stress, a key factor in many lifestyle disorders, and supports healing by aligning our thoughts with positive health. Meditation helps remove stress, which is a significant contributor to negative interference in the body. By eliminating stress, we allow the body to heal and restore balance. Meditation promotes a mindset aligned with health, which leads to improved well-being and healing.
Stress is a form of interference with the body’s natural functioning, caused by sustained negative thoughts such as worry, fear, and anxiety. These thoughts create energy that negatively impacts the body. Meditation helps eliminate stress by reducing these negative thought patterns, allowing the energy field to shift and positively influence physical health. When we change our mindset about health, such as believing in our body’s ability to heal, it can lead to improved health and well-being.
The process involves recognizing the body’s intelligence to heal itself, as seen in examples like spontaneous recovery from chronic conditions through thought changes. Meditation removes stress, which accounts for the resolution of 90% of physical illnesses. For the remaining 10%, more profound belief changes are required, including exploring concepts like epigenetics and the power of visualization to change health outcomes. Books like You Are the Placebo by Dr. Joe Dispenza and Mind Over Medicine by Dr. Lissa Rankin offer frameworks to support healing through mindset changes and meditation.
Meditation helps to eliminate stress and promotes greater well-being, with over 90% of physical illnesses potentially disappearing as a result. One significant benefit of meditation is increased youthfulness—both in body and mind. Regular meditation can lead to a sense of rejuvenation, greater confidence, and even a more youthful appearance.
Research suggests that meditation stimulates the production of hormones that have anti-aging effects, such as the "fountain of youth" hormone. As practitioners enter deeper states like Theta and Delta, similar to deep sleep, the body is able to rejuvenate itself. Studies have also shown that meditation can lengthen telomeres, which are associated with aging and overall health.
Meditation guides individuals into a deep state of awareness where sensory perceptions diminish, and the mind becomes fully present. In this state, practitioners encounter a sense of emptiness, not as something they create, but as something they observe. This process naturally shifts attention from the breath to any other experiences that may arise. When interesting experiences appear, they are observed without judgment or interpretation, while unimportant ones are left behind, allowing the meditation to deepen and become more profound.
This video is related to the concept of "no complaints, no judgments. Complaints stem from a sense of helplessness and give away personal power. By shifting from a mindset of blame to one of personal responsibility, they felt empowered. Meditation and awareness help change how we think, allowing us to stop complaining and instead focus on solutions, thus conserving and gaining energy. Practices like right speech, thinking, and habits also contribute to this energy. Ultimately, meditation unlocks energy, leading to a more active and empowered life.
Meditation helps eliminate stress by helping individuals disconnect from the past, which often causes anxiety and worry. This constant stress puts the body in an "emergency mode," draining energy and impairing bodily functions. Meditation, however, brings us back to the present moment, helping to reduce stress and improve physical health, with up to 90% of illnesses potentially healing as a result.
Mindfulness is essential for proper speech, decision-making, and energy management, and meditation connects us to an infinite source of energy. Meditation can build energy, it's also important to be aware of energy leaks caused by limiting beliefs and wrong actions. Energy maximization is vital for personal success, leadership, and overall well-being, and one must continuously work to close these energy leaks.
Making good choices are very important, particularly regarding health, for a yoga meditation practitioner. Health is foundational—without it, everything else becomes difficult to achieve. The COVID pandemic is cited as an example of how health concerns can stop everything, illustrating how vital it is to take care of one's physical well-being.
Three principles of spiritual science:
We are more than our physical bodies; we are an energy field with unlimited potential.
We have infinite possibilities to experience life.
Our thoughts shape our reality.
Understanding these principles can transform our lives
Mindful and ethical food choices in yoga and meditation are very important. The concept of moderation, or Yukta Yoga, plays a crucial role, and meditation helps cultivate this practice by enhancing mindfulness and awareness. This awareness enables individuals to recognize when to stop and avoid overindulgence, fostering a balanced and harmonious lifestyle.
Ethical eating is very important, specifically encouraging people to stop eating meat for the sake of animals and the environment. Meat consumption contributes to global warming, climate change, and other environmental issues. Excessive meat consumption led to health problems, such as an overly acidic stomach. Adoption of a plant-based diet helps to improve both personal health and reduce the environmental impact. Eating meat is kind of like taking a poison pill, and urges others to spread awareness and make more mindful food choices for the sake of their health and the planet.
Meditation can help individuals manage daily frustrations and mental health challenges. It's a very good tool for controlling thoughts, overcoming negative emotions, and ultimately changing our reality. Meditation can help overcome addictions, depression, and anxiety, leading to better mental health and wellness.
People being diagnosed with disorders like depression and how labels can worsen the situation by creating unnecessary pressure, through meditation, people can manage their thoughts and emotions better, alleviating many of these challenges. The message encourages using supportive language and staying connected with those who practice meditation, as this can help resolve many wellness issues without relying solely on medical diagnoses.
Meditation has significant scientific benefits for both physical health and mental abilities. It has been shown to thicken the brain's frontal cortex, improving cognitive functions and mental capacity, even in older adults. This leads to increased IQ and enhanced decision-making skills. Regular meditation also reduces stress, improves memory, and helps individuals handle spontaneous, high-pressure situations with better responses.
Incorporating meditation into leadership enhances emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, making it highly valued in corporate environments. Meditation fosters new neural connections, helping individuals rewire their brains to manage unexpected challenges more effectively. As a result, meditation is recognized as a key skill for success, improving both mental clarity and physical health at any age.
Patriji emphasized the integration of modern scientific knowledge with ancient wisdom and the importance of simplifying spiritual science for others. Meditation was highlighted as a tool for manifestation, where focused attention during practice helps direct energy.
The teachings of Patanjali Maharshi were discussed, particularly the three key principles for strengthening meditation: Tapas (self-discipline), Swadhyaya (study of self), and Ishwarapranidhana (surrender to the divine). These principles, when practiced automatically, reduce desires, increase self-awareness, and connect us to a higher intelligence.
"Be Open to The Unlimited Possibilities"
Everything in our physical universe exists as pure potential. The physical universe is made up of subatomic particles such as electrons. These particles have wave nature and exist as pure potential when they are not being observed. They are ‘no thing’ and ‘everything’ , in ‘nowhere’ and ‘everywhere’ until they are observed. This also means these subatomic particles exist in an infinite number of possible places simultaneously.
As per research, observation influenced the appearance of an electron. Thus, all future realities exist in this quantum field as possibilities waiting to happen with our observation(1). This means, the quantum field contains healthy, wealthy, happy, and any other possible realities as visualised by mind in our thoughts. One can use the mind, as the observer, to collapse quantum particles into a desired physical event called an Experience in life.
Every material is always emitting specific patterns of energy (or signature) and information. The physical body too is organised patterns of energy (signature) and information, which is unified with everything else in the quantum field. Our fluctuating states of mind consciously or unconsciously change that signature on a moment to moment basis .. because we are more than just physical bodies. We are the consciousness using the brain to express different levels of mind.
Our routine known thoughts and feelings perpetuate the same state of being, which creates the same reality. To change some aspects of our reality, we have to think, feel and act in new ways; we have to be different in our responses to our experiences.
We must create a new state of mind and create new outcomes. Breath-Mindfulness meditation is a foundational practice to enter into this intelligent quantum field and tune into various frequencies and receive from it.

There is a powerful connection between thoughts and reality, our thoughts can shape our experiences and manifest possibilities. Visualization as a key component of manifestation, which works alongside meditation. Meditation helps develop focus and a positive mindset, while visualization extends that energy toward achieving our desires.
Five key points or "sutras" that are essential for manifestation and personal growth:
Focus: Developing a sharp, single-pointed focus on your goals and desires is crucial. This focused energy leads to greater well-being, stronger mind power, and increased confidence.
Openness to Possibilities: Being open to different possibilities and outcomes allows you to align better with the flow of the universe.
Visualization and Goal Setting: Actively visualizing your desired future, dreaming about it, and adding energy to those dreams through visualization can greatly enhance the manifestation process. It is essential to check for any limiting beliefs that might be draining your energy and focus.
Reprogramming Limiting Beliefs: Recognizing and challenging limiting beliefs, such as the notion that you don’t have enough time, is necessary for progress. These beliefs often become second nature and need to be examined deeply to break free from them.
Acceptance and Gratitude: Accepting your current reality without resistance allows you to stay in a positive emotional state. When you view challenges as adventures and are grateful for all experiences, you remain in coherence with the universe, which aids in successful manifestation.
By practicing these five sutras, individuals can align themselves with their goals, overcome internal barriers, and enhance their ability to manifest their desired outcomes.
Visualization in the Five Sutra Manifestation Process
Visualization is a key tool to accelerate manifestation. It allows us to mentally and energetically experience our desires before they become reality.
In quantum terms, observation turns energy into matter. Similarly, imagination and visualization help bring possibilities into form.
This process is known as impressing the Superconscious Mind—the universal intelligence that connects all of us. Through meditation, we access this shared mind and operate from a space of unity.
When we visualize with purpose, we’re like leaders sharing a powerful vision. Just as people rally behind inspired leaders, the Superconscious responds with support, ideas, and resources.
Meditation connects us with this infinite field. Visualization plants the seed of desire into it. Together, they align our inner world with the outer.
As Patriji beautifully says:
“Simply meditation, visualization.”
This is the way to consciously co-create the life we truly desire.
“Goal Setting & Creative Visualization”
Goal Setting and Creative visualization is a key step of the manifestation process to create abundance in our daily life. Our imaginations are powerful forces that tap into the Quantum energy field of infinite potentiality. World-class athletes, business leaders and celebrities have all used this in creating their success(4). In the five step manifestation process, this is the most powerful process. Our thoughts and feelings create our outer reality. One needs to stay in a state of elevated thoughts and elevated feelings to manifest a desired reality.
This process is done in the following simple steps.
1. Identify Your Goals: Creative visualization is on goals that you want to achieve which will help you live a happier and more fulfilling life. Write down your goals and read / recall them often.
Setting clear and unambiguous goals or defining a vision of the future will help us move into a state of elevated thoughts. The more we meditate and gain higher knowledge through books and listen to other’s experiences, the more clear we become to set goals that are of real interest to us and and do greater good to others / no harm to others. The more excited we are about the goals, the more we can visualize future experiences about them with heightened feelings. Heightened feelings are important to reprogram the subconscious mind with these new experiences, which in-turn will help us to stay in a state of elevated thoughts.
The goals should follow nature’s laws i.e. they must not cause violence or interference onto someone or something. The more clear and measurable the goals are, the more one can dream about them consistently and hence manifest them faster. The goals ideally are written in present tense or past tense.
Some examples:
.I am healing my body and cured my backache.
.I have attracted a loving life partner who is an engineer and vegetarian.
.I am selected for the state team.
·I got the promotion to be the Director. It feels great
·My business is growing at a remarkable 50% rate.
· I am running a successful software company as CEO with 100 employees.
Once the goals are set, we make a “mind movie” with a sequence of future experiences that we will have if the goals were met.
2.Create Your “mind movie” (visualization sequence): Spend time creating a sequence of vivid images or a mind movie about future experiences that you will have if the goals have happened already. Consider the following and more scenarios to think of future experiences.
· How will your life change if the goals manifested?
· What choices are you making?
· Do you have a newer / healthy body? What experiences are you having with this new body?
· Who are you meeting? What decisions are you making?
· Where are you travelling? How are you spending your time?
· What changes to your career / responsibilities do you foresee, and how are you enjoying them?
· Who is benefiting from you in this new future?
Get clear about the future experiences based on the above and more scenarios, and make mental images / scenes of the experiences. You can also write these down, or make a digital movie with appropriate pictures of people, places and things included.
3. Visualize daily : Rehearse the scenes in the mind movie. Imagine the new life with the experiences included in your mind movie with heightened feelings and emotions. Close your eyes and let the positive feelings move through your body as you imagine the feelings of accomplishment. Expressing feelings (through your heart center) is very important as if the goals have already been accomplished. Include more vivid colors and sounds as you add depth and detail to the images. In short, play the mind movie and live those experiences ahead of the future !
The stronger your feelings in the body and the clearer your intent in the mind about the experiences, the stronger you signal the Quantum Field to manifest those experience into your physicality, and the stronger you signal your genes to up regulate and heal the body.
Repeat this visualization daily .. typically immediately after meditation or during quiet time (when the mind is empty and free of disturbances). Do this until the goals manifest into physicality.
4. Actualization: This is when you turn your mind movie into reality. This may be just in a few days, and sometimes can be in months or even years after you started on this path. So, trust and be patient.
When practiced regularly along with meditation sessions, manifestation becomes very easy and repeatable.
The power of visualization in manifesting desired experiences. Visualization boosts mood, helps align you with your goals, and connects you to the quantum field, where your thoughts and feelings attract similar energies. By imagining your goals as already achieved, you create a powerful frequency that draws those experiences to you. The process requires clarity, confidence, and active engagement, as visualization is more effective when energetically practiced.
This video provides knowledge on how limiting beliefs create doubt, hesitation, and uncertainty, preventing us from achieving our goals. These beliefs often sit in the subconscious, unnoticed, and can manifest in thoughts like "I'm unlucky," which become self-fulfilling. To overcome this, it needs reprogramming the mind through practices such as meditation, acquiring new knowledge, and developing empowering beliefs.
The process involves identifying limiting beliefs, then creating and affirming opposing empowering beliefs. For example, replacing “I’m unlucky” with “I am creating a great future, and miracles are happening to me.” Repeating this affirmation regularly, especially during meditation, helps reprogram the subconscious mind. The speaker highlights the importance of reading and learning from others’ experiences to gain the knowledge and confidence to take action and overcome limitations.
Ultimately, these practices help transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones, aligning our thoughts and actions with the possibilities we wish to create
It is very important for mindset and acceptance in manifesting goals, such as finding a job or improving health. A job is a real need for many people, and changing one's confidence and focus through meditation can help achieve these goals. Acceptance of the current situation, even if it seems negative, is essential for staying in a positive and coherent state, which aligns one's energy with their goals. By accepting what is happening as part of the process, individuals can avoid frustration and remain aligned with their manifestations, leading to greater success.
Best way to reprogram limiting beliefs is to do regular meditation and read books. With regular meditation, we become aware of our thoughts and feelings in every moment, and gain the ability to immediately take corrective action in the way we think and respond. Books expand our knowledge and inspire us to broaden our thinking and drop limitations.
How to Shift from Limiting Beliefs to Powerful Living
We are energy beings. Before we speak or act, our energy already affects things around us.
One major block in manifestation is our limiting beliefs—deep-rooted thoughts like “I can’t do it” or “This won’t work for me.”
Even if we visualize or meditate, these beliefs can quietly stop us from creating our desired life.
The key is to observe these beliefs and slowly let them go with awareness and regular meditation.
Use Your Emotional GPS
Every emotion is like a signal.
If your inner GPS points to guilt, shame, pride, or fear — you're stuck in low energy.
Shift it to higher emotions like gratitude, love, kindness, and service.
Awareness and mindfulness help you recognize when you're feeling low and gently shift to a better state.
The Goal is Emotional Recovery
It’s okay to feel negative emotions. What matters is how quickly you recover from them.
Instead of staying in a victim mindset, ask:
? “What is this trying to teach me?”
With practice, meditation, and knowledge, your emotional reactions will improve over time.
Recommended Book
“Power vs Force” by David Hawkins
The book explains how our emotions affect our body and energy using muscle testing.
High emotions make your energy strong. Low emotions weaken it instantly.
Meditate regularly, observe your inner blocks, and shift to higher feelings. This will help you align with your true potential and manifest your goals faster.
Meditation
Emotional intelligence allows us to quickly recover from situations and continue performing at our best. Often, we get emotionally attached to events, and our body becomes conditioned to these emotions. This conditioning can cause us to stay stuck in an emotional state, missing out on the lessons the event could teach us.
Meditation plays a key role in helping us disengage from these emotions, allowing us to gain wisdom from the experiences without being emotionally charged. Those who can regulate their emotions tend to be more successful, especially in leadership or managerial roles. Emotional intelligence enables people to maintain relationships, succeed in their careers, and grow their businesses.
Meditation builds awareness, helping us observe and detach from emotions before they take over. This awareness, developed through meditation, helps break the cycle of emotional reactivity and promotes emotional growth.
In this segment, the speaker emphasizes that experiences, such as sensations, pains, or visions, are not necessary for meditation to be effective. What truly matters is the improvement in the quality of life, such as how we think, feel, and act, and how happy we are from within. Not having intense experiences during meditation doesn’t mean it's ineffective.
The speaker ties emotional intelligence into meditation, explaining that meditation helps cultivate emotional intelligence by providing a space to apply new knowledge, learn, and become a different version of ourselves. For example, by practicing patience through meditation, a person becomes inherently more patient, and that energy reflects onto others, allowing them to learn patience as well.
Meditation also plays a role in reinforcing positive experiences. Sharing these experiences strengthens them, helping us repeat healthier emotional responses. The speaker explains that emotions are tied to feelings that get recorded in our memory, and meditation helps us become aware of what we should repeat—positive behaviors and emotions—rather than negative ones. This awareness allows us to avoid re-living negative emotions and subconscious patterns, leading to better emotional regulation and intelligence.
Regular practice of Breath-Mindfulness Meditation develops complete Mindfulness in our life and Pyramid is a storehouse of energy. Pyramids are ancient structures believed to have healing properties.
The speaker then shifts to the topic of pyramids, mentioning Paul Brunton's experiences with meditation inside pyramids, which he found to have special energy and healing properties. Inspired by this, Brunton promoted pyramid-based meditation, leading to the construction of many pyramids for spiritual use.
meditation is a powerful, all-encompassing solution for many challenges, particularly emotional imbalance. our emotional disturbances often stem from deep-rooted insecurities, attachments, and fears, many of which we are unaware of. These patterns condition our responses and trap us in repeated emotional experiences.
Through regular meditation:
We disengage from past emotional experiences, both positive and negative.
It reduces the "amygdala hijack", or subconscious emotional reactivity.
Meditation creates a sense of inner balance that extends into daily life.
We begin to connect with a higher intelligence or quantum field, gaining insights and spiritual guidance.
With consistent practice, we become more open to higher knowledge, books, teachings, and people that show up as guidance.
It allows us to live with greater awareness and free will, helping us respond rather than react.
Ultimately, meditation enhances emotional intelligence, helps us heal from the past, and aligns us with higher wisdom and intentional living.
Meditation plays a powerful role in strengthening emotional intelligence, which can be understood through five key elements:
1. Awareness
2. Expression
3. Inspiration
4. Empathy
5. Engagement
Meditation helps dissolve emotional patterns from the past, creating space for clarity, confidence, and connection. You start living more consciously, growing personally and professionally, and showing up in ways that uplift both yourself and those around you.
Meditation is a powerful tool for developing emotional intelligence, which includes five key aspects: awareness, expression, inspiration, empathy, and engagement. By regularly meditating, individuals become more self-aware, express themselves more authentically, inspire others, and engage more meaningfully in life and relationships.
It also builds inner courage—the strength to make necessary changes in life, even when difficult. Many people fear expressing their needs or leaving toxic relationships due to societal pressure or fear of conflict. However, meditation helps overcome these fears by promoting clarity, emotional balance, and self-compassion.
Though change may be challenging at first—often creating resistance or discomfort—it ultimately leads to growth, freedom, and a more fulfilling life.
Through deep meditation, we access a field of infinite energy and potential—the "unknown." In this state, visions, feelings, and experiences may arise. These aren’t to be dismissed as hallucinations but recognized as part of our evolving connection with the energy field.
As meditation deepens:
We begin to express ourselves more honestly and authentically, rather than suppressing thoughts or emotions.
Our relationship with work and life transforms—we move from doing what we love to loving what we do.
Complaints decrease because we start taking responsibility for our experiences, realizing we have attracted them and can change them.
We stop resisting and start co-creating a better future, staying aligned with the field rather than working against it.
This naturally shifts our focus from “what’s in it for me?” to “how can I add value to others?”
As a result, engagement and leadership emerge—not just at work, but in life. We take initiative, contribute, and inspire, becoming leaders in our own right.
Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness & The Four Agreements
Removing complaints and judgments from our mindset is a major step toward emotional maturity and inner peace.
Learning should be continuous—books are powerful tools for growth. The teachings of Patriji (PSS Movement) emphasized reading and learning from various sources and perspectives.
We must hold ourselves accountable: ask if we truly did our best or simply procrastinated and took shortcuts.
True fulfillment comes from knowing we gave our full effort, regardless of others' judgments.
Time passes quickly—without conscious effort, years can go by with little growth or contribution. Reflect regularly and ensure you're moving with purpose.
To live meaningfully and relate better with others, the speaker recommends following "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz:
Be impeccable with your word.
Don’t take anything personally.
Don’t make assumptions.
Always do your best.
These four principles support emotional intelligence and build stronger relationships—with both ourselves and others.
The Role of Music, Mindful Speech & Presence in Meditation
Music Deepens Meditation:
Music is a powerful tool that helps us go deeper into meditation. Experiments often show that meditating with music allows for a richer, more profound experience compared to silence.
Patriji, a strong advocate of integrating music with meditation, believed musicians could elevate their creativity and connection through meditation. As meditation benefits all fields, it naturally enhances artistic expression too.
Mindful Communication – The Triple Filter Test:
Be aware of how and what we speak. Speech should add value, uplift, and not induce fear or negativity. Gossip, fear-mongering, or sharing painful stories with no relevance or solution doesn’t help—it actually harms.
Before speaking, ask:
Is it true?
Is it necessary?
Is it kind or helpful?
Respecting Privacy & Intentions:
We shouldn't judge or gossip about others’ personal lives, especially if they’re contributing positively to society. Focus on their good work rather than hearsay.
Mindfulness = Full Presence:
Being truly present—whether with people, nature, or daily tasks—transforms the experience. Whether you’re with friends or doing something like gardening, immerse yourself fully.
In interactions, especially, give undivided attention. Avoid distractions like taking phone calls when someone is right in front of you. This presence is a sign of emotional maturity and respect.
Music, Meditation, and Emotional Intelligence
Music deepens meditation and helps us access our emotions. It’s a powerful tool for self-discovery and inner joy.
Emotional intelligence is about building healthy relationships—starting with ourselves—and meditation supports this by fostering empathy, expression, and inspiration.
The highest form of relationship is friendship, where we accept others without judgment.
Childhood wounds and limiting beliefs often shape how we see ourselves. Through meditation, we heal the inner child and reprogram these old patterns.
Referencing The Four Agreements, we’re reminded that we can change the beliefs we’ve agreed to in the past and choose new, empowering ones.
Meditation leads to personal transformation—less blame, more self-love, and a shift in how we experience and respond to life.
Ultimately, meditation helps us build the most important relationship: the one with ourselves, rooted in acceptance, compassion, and inner strength.
Spiritual Intelligence & the Nature of Life
Spiritual Intelligence helps us understand the deeper, invisible aspects of life and existence. It teaches that:
Life continues beyond death, and death can be embraced without fear when seen through a spiritual lens.
Suffering is often caused by greed and attachment, but we are inherently whole and abundant.
Irrational fears may come from past-life memories, showing the importance of understanding reincarnation and the laws of karma.
Just like there are laws in homes and societies, there are universal laws of nature that govern our reality.
When tragedies happen, spiritual intelligence encourages us to seek understanding through these natural laws rather than blame or despair.
The visible world is only a tiny fraction of what exists—most of reality is invisible and unexplored.
This path is about personal exploration and aligning with higher truths.
We are invited to cultivate a "spiritual scientific mindset", blending inner wisdom with inquiry, to live more consciously and compassionately.
Understanding Spiritual Intelligence (Part 2)
Spiritual intelligence helps us feel oneness and inner abundance, reducing conflict and increasing peace.
We are constantly changing—life flows like a river, and so do we.
Focus on your own growth rather than comparing yourself to others.
True leadership comes from aligning the mind with the heart and making thoughtful, conscious decisions.
We can access a higher intelligence (super-conscious mind) through:
Surrender – being open and receptive.
Intention – asking clearly for help or insight.
Meditation clears the mind and opens us to receive guidance, solutions, and clarity.
This blend of spiritual wisdom and practical understanding is called a Spiritual Scientific Mindset, empowering us in both life and leadership.
Spiritual Intelligence & the Vision of Buddhas Your Quantum Foundation
The Buddhas Your Quantum Foundation promotes the Spiritual Scientific Mindset, which is based on:
Oneness: We are all connected.
Abundance: Everyone has infinite potential.
Thought creates reality.
Heart-based decisions guided by higher intelligence.
True spiritual growth involves surrendering the ego and asking for guidance from the super-conscious mind.
Material distractions pull us toward the temporary. To focus on the permanent, it's important to spend time in nature and spiritual spaces.
Ashrams are powerful environments:
They reduce distraction.
They help deepen meditation and practice.
They carry the energy and intention of spiritual masters.
Visiting ashrams like Pyramid Valley or Yoganik International even for a few days can significantly strengthen spiritual practice.
Spiritual Intelligence & Soul Design
Spiritual Intelligence helps us understand that life is more than the physical—it's about consciousness, oneness, and abundance.
The Spiritual Scientific Mindset teaches that our thoughts create reality, and guidance comes through surrender and heart-based decisions.
According to spiritual science, we design our own life before birth—choosing family, religion, and environment to learn and evolve.
Life is a journey across many lifetimes, with roles and experiences that support our soul's growth.
The Six Spiritual Laws explain life events, inequality, and challenges through the lens of past lives and progression.
Resistance to life creates suffering and lowers our energy, making life harder. Acceptance brings alignment and peace.
Environments like ashrams and nature help us go inward, deepen meditation, and connect to higher consciousness.
Everyone is always progressing—no soul regresses—so compassion and patience are key, especially in parenting and relationships.
The power and simplicity of breath-based meditation.
Gautam Buddha spent six years exploring various spiritual practices, including extreme fasting, but found them ineffective until he discovered the middle path.
Breath observation leads to a natural, empty state of mind and is recommended by over half of the world's meditation masters.
The practice helps in withdrawing the senses inward (Pratyahara), activating the sixth sense or third eye, leading to deeper clarity and intuition.
Breath-based techniques like Vipassana, popularized by Goenkaji, have made meditation widely accessible.
Though many methods exist, the speaker highlights breath awareness as the most simple, profound, and effective, choosing to stick with it after trying others like TM.
1. Finding the Right Technique
The process of finding the right meditation method is iterative—we must try techniques one at a time and give each a sufficient trial period.
Avoid switching from one method to another too quickly.
Clarity comes from consistent practice, not from constant searching.
2. The Nature of Reality & Soul's Journey
Our experiences don’t begin at birth; life is a continuation of many past lives.
The law of karma (cause and effect) shapes our roles, challenges, and characteristics in each lifetime.
Life’s situations—whether illness, talent, disability, or success—are soul-chosen experiences, not random or unfair.
As souls, we seek growth through adventure, often choosing even difficult experiences for learning.
Concepts of "good" or "bad" are human labels; from the soul’s perspective, everything is just experience.
The soul's journey is about evolving and expanding consciousness, lifetime after lifetime.
The path is to live in the world (samsara) and gradually go beyond dualities like good-bad, right-wrong, through awareness and equanimity.
Limited understanding keeps us from experiencing true clarity. As we grow spiritually, we move from ignorance to becoming an Arihant, Bodhisattva, and ultimately a Buddha.
Non-judgment and freedom come gradually through inner work and meditation.
Bodhisattvas stay in the world to help others awaken; Buddhas return after enlightenment to guide people.
Everything is made of consciousness (Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma). Life is a cycle of taking roles and returning to source.
Enlightenment is possible for everyone—not just a few. Anyone can become a Buddha by walking the path sincerely.
Spiritual science offers a fresh perspective on life, encouraging experimentation over blind belief—especially for beginners in meditation.
Life holds infinite possibilities. Meditation helps shift from a limited mindset to one of openness and expansion.
Reincarnation teaches that we return through many lives to grow and experience. Every life situation—good or bad—is an opportunity to learn.
There's no such thing as luck; everything follows the law of cause and effect (karma).
Non-judgment, acceptance, and curiosity lead to personal growth. Even challenges like job loss can lead to better outcomes.
We learn through reading, reflection, and personal experience, gradually embracing the idea that everything is exactly as it should be.
Right company (Satsang) is essential—positive environments help us grow, while toxic ones create negativity and suffering.
An Arihant is one who ends suffering and moves toward spiritual awakening.
Offering unasked help often comes from attachment, not true compassion—it can interfere with others' life lessons.
Instead of advice or money, offer real support: encourage meditation and self-growth.
Help only when asked, and focus on spiritual empowerment, not controlling outcomes.
Quantum Foundation's purpose is to spread spiritual wisdom through learning, writing, and sharing experiences.
The goal of meditation is to dissolve attachment to the body and ego, and merge with the universal consciousness—to live with qualities like love, compassion, and service.
Learning comes from all directions—not just books or teachers, but also:
Nature: Trees give unconditionally, animals live simply and in balance.
Villagers and uneducated people: Often display deep innocence, trust, and purity.
Meditation field: Some receive intuitive messages, guidance, or answers through inner experiences.
True wisdom is gained not by accumulation but by observing, reflecting, and connecting with everything around us—including animals, people, and nature.
We’re encouraged to stay humble, stay curious, and learn from every encounter, recognizing that everyone and everything is a teacher in their own way.
Our Present Is Shaped by the Past
Everything happening now—success, struggle, mindset—is a result of our past actions and choices. This is the law of cause and effect (karma and reincarnation).
Freedom Is a Mindset
If you believe you are free, you are. Suffering comes from how we think and feel. Liberation (mukti) begins in the mind.
5 Key Spiritual Principles:
We Are All Connected – Our actions impact others, so we must be conscious and kind.
Infinite Possibilities Exist – Life is full of potential. Don’t limit yourself.
Your Thoughts Create Reality – Everything begins within you.
Abundance Is for Everyone – There's enough for all; no need to compete.
You're Never Alone – A higher consciousness is guiding and supporting you always.
Meditation helps us connect to higher awareness, gain clarity, and live with purpose and peace. Shift your mindset, and your life transforms.
Spiritual growth is an iterative, personal journey—everyone evolves at their own pace, connecting with different practices depending on their state (body, mind, intellect, or consciousness). As we grow, we begin to see ourselves as part of a larger whole, realizing the importance of caring for all living beings because everything is conscious and interconnected.
The purpose of life is to learn and find joy in the process. Real happiness comes from growth, experience, and helping others. As we gain knowledge, we naturally share positive energy. True purpose is aligned with service—when we live our purpose, we are already helping the world.
The purpose of life is to live with meaning, joy, and service. A meaningful life brings contentment without regrets, as we consciously use our time well. As we grow spiritually—especially through meditation—helping others becomes a natural extension of our inner awareness.
Our natural interests and even our parents' values can guide us toward our unique path of service. Ultimately, purpose and service are deeply connected, and when we align with our purpose, we naturally uplift others.
Life should be balanced across three key responsibilities, known as Tri Dharma:
Care for the Body – Maintain physical well-being through rest, food, hygiene, and health.
Care for Others – Support family, community, and society through work, service, and kindness.
Care for the Inner Self – Nurture the soul through meditation, self-awareness, and spiritual growth.
Each area deserves equal time and attention. Neglecting any one of them, especially the inner self, can lead to imbalance, dissatisfaction, or illness. True fulfillment comes from honoring all three.
Spiritual growth starts with learning—knowledge leads to experience, and true wisdom comes from discerning what’s right for us. As we deepen in meditation, we may begin to lose interest in worldly or social activities.
This is a natural and important phase of transformation, showing a shift from body-mind awareness to soul-mind consciousness. It’s not renunciation, but a sign of inner alignment.
This phase reflects genuine progress on the path, and while subtle, it's a powerful sign of spiritual evolution.
Purpose and service are deeply connected. When we align with a clear purpose, we find happiness and fulfillment in what we do. Service is essential, and when uncertain, taking up service is a great way to connect with our purpose.
Karma Yoga teaches us to serve unconditionally—without expecting rewards, just for the love of doing it. Whether it's at work or in personal life, true satisfaction comes from doing things because we love to do them, not for recognition or rewards.
In the beginning, service often focuses on helping the body and material aspects—like giving food or clothes. Over time, as we grow spiritually, service transforms, and we realize that true joy comes from helping others and serving the greater good, aligning with the universal consciousness.
The discussion emphasizes the transformative power of meditation. It suggests that through meditation, one can experience liberation from suffering, gain wisdom, and shift from a body-mind perspective to a soul-conscious perspective. This transformation leads to a deeper understanding of life and a greater sense of purpose.
Meditation is described as a metamorphosis, akin to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly. By learning, practicing, spreading, and teaching meditation, individuals not only transform themselves but also help others experience this same profound change. The process brings empowerment and a sense of fulfillment, with those who are helped expressing deep gratitude, which becomes a source of lasting joy.
Ultimately, meditation develops patience and helps one stay committed to personal growth and service to others. Through this journey, individuals become aligned with a higher purpose and experience meaningful, lasting change.
What we are physically is just 0.01% of our total being. The remaining 99.99% is spiritual and unseen — the vast inner self.
Meditation is the path to connect with this deeper part of ourselves and begin the journey toward true self-realization.
A true meditator:
Crosses the barriers of fear (fear of losing comfort, fear of change, etc.).
Realizes how little they know and embraces lifelong learning.
Understands that this is only the beginning, like scratching the surface of a vast ocean.
Books and teachers like Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself (Dr. Joe Dispenza) and Osho guide people in merging science with spirituality.
Being in the company of spiritual masters and like-minded people (satsang) strengthens one's practice.
The journey brings transformation — from limited, personal identity to limitless, universal consciousness.
Through meditation and service, one not only heals themselves but helps others experience freedom, joy, and inner power.
