This talk was put together after the America Meditates conference in Denver, CO. The conference was a confluence of all service providers & researchers willing to contribute to and discuss solutions for the Mental Health issues that the American society is facing today. The attendees included Medical Personnel, Yoga Instructors, Meditation Experts, Researchers and a wide array of alternate therapy providers.
The consensus of the conference was that Meditation could be the key to solving the crisis that the American Society (and the world in general) is facing to tackle Mental Well-Being.
Except, the concept of Meditation is considered esoteric in the west. And a systematic demystification is needed for people to understand that Meditation is well studied in the scientific literature.
