Hello "every body" (and every soul),
I am pleased to share this course with you, offering practical techniques and numerous operational methods that can be applied immediately in your daily life. I will provide many tips to help you avoid the difficulties most people encounter during their learning process. My main goal is to simplify meditation for everyone!
The objective is to convey the spirit of meditation, so you can fully absorb its essence and nuances for better understanding and practice.
I will share insights from my 20 years of practice through the main meditation traditions and schools:
Vipassana
Zazen
Transcendental Meditation
Mindfulness
Visualization
For each, I will provide practical advice to overcome common obstacles, such as difficulties focusing and preventing your overthinking mind (the “monkey mind”) from taking over. We will explore many techniques and themes, clearly explained using various supports: pictures, oral explanations, music, and videos.
This class is a synthesis of the major meditation techniques worldwide, with teachings drawn from temples across India, China, Sri Lanka, Laos, and more — both still and in motion — designed to facilitate your learning and save you time.
The goal is for you to love meditation, making it a natural part of yourself — a physiological need that provides new perspectives and a fresh lens to read the “Great Book of Life.” Meditation aims to offer inward and outward harmony, helping you return to your center (“medium” in Latin = “the center” > to meditate), explore your inner self, and activate your higher self, which serves as a bridge to the outer world.
Ultimately, meditation will transform your existence, bringing balance and inner peace into your life.
NB: As a bonus and for free, I also share my YouTube channel. Simply type “Aurelien Millot Master Key(s)” to find it. It is designed to open your mind, explore new perspectives on life, and support those on a quest for the meaning of life — continuing this Awakening adventure.
Wishing you all the best,
"Lightly yours"
