Main idea
This is NOT a replacement for your regular diet.
It’s a safety system that gives you freedom.
When the fridge is empty, when the day has been heavy, when you don’t feel like cooking - a smart pantry helps you keep your balance, energy, and health.
If you’re tired of constantly thinking about what to eat, cooking every day, or making rushed food choices when you’re already exhausted -this course is for you.
Meal Prep Made Simple is a practical course that shows you how to cook once and eat balanced meals for 4 days, without complicated rules, or spending your whole weekend in the kitchen.
This course is designed for real life: busy schedules, limited energy, family responsibilities, and days when cooking feels like too much.
You’ll learn a simple 4-day meal prep system built around:
balanced meals with enough protein and fiber,
clearly calculated calories and macros,
safe storage and food safety basics,
and flexible planning you can adapt later to your own recipes.
We don’t start with everything at once.
First, you’ll prep breakfasts, then lunches, then dinners — so you can learn the process step by step without feeling overwhelmed. By the end of the course, you’ll combine everything into one complete 4-day meal prep.
All recipes are beginner-friendly, realistic, and designed to store well. Vegetarian alternatives are included, and freezing options are explained clearly.
What you’ll cook in this course. To learn the system, we’ll work with a small set of practical, well-tested recipes that store well and are easy to repeat later with your own variations:
• Egg bake
• Egg bake wraps
• Savory miso oats
• Red lentil soup with meatballs
• Buckwheat “risotto”
These recipes are used as learning tools — once you understand the process, you can swap ingredients and build your own versions.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
plan meals
cook efficiently
open your fridge and see ready-to-eat options
and stop wasting energy on daily food decisions.
