You can’t start making money off YouTube until you get 4,000 hours of watch time, and 1,000 subscribers. That’s loads of hours of work to get there. On a channel that’s just starting off with just one video a week, that takes about a year. And even then, it’s hard to make enough money to make a living.
So if you want to make money from making videos, you can look at other avenues, like getting sponsorships from companies for certain types of content. YouTube’s FameBit, which helps YouTubers tie up with Sponsors. To have a FameBit account, you need 5,000 subscribers.
In this course, learn all the things you can do to make sure as many people view your YouTube channel organically. This includes what kinds of video ideas you develop, as well as how to promote your content. From thumbnails, to metadata, SEO and annotations, we've got you covered. We've even got some extra tips on how to make your videos show up on search. So come join us!
