
Welcome to your new online coaching program! I am beyond excited to welcome you to my online format here at My Coach Office. For some of you this will supplement your 1 on 1 coaching with me personally and for others this will be an online only interface. Whichever program you have chosen is going to be filled with transformation, tips, tools, and exercises that you can implement in your daily life to manifest your dreams.
Each week I will release the respective video content and documents that accompany them. This is at your discretion to use and apply the information I have put together for you. I will only release the next set of video content once you have completed the week before. Work through them as you will. These are here as a guide for you. Ask me any questions you may have about these videos and the homework assigned. You are not required to do anything you don't want to do. So, if you would like to simply watch the video, then that is up to your discretion. However, applying the guidance I have supplied is surely to bring many incredible results to your life. Our personal perception creates our own reality. This lecture video will go a little into how unique and important our individual view point is to, not only us, but the entire universe. Once we can see that all perspectives are necessary for our growth and expansion, we can have compassion for differing stances that may not match that of our own.
Our environment has a direct effect on how we operate. Sometimes we are so used to an environment that we don't even realize that it's time to change from one to another. Our environment involves friends, home, work place, lifestyle and so on. Sometimes we outgrow our environments and we are being driven toward change. It's about embracing this change so that your environment matches the energy we bring.
Remember to refocus your energy from things that don't serve your desire to things that do. The focus on who you are becoming is how you manifest what you want and not what you don't.
Create a journal entry for at least one week. Morning and Evening. Set the tone for your day in the morning and appreciate the great things that came from it at night. Get your thoughts out of you and begin to ground them into the physical world.

The subconscious mind is like a computer with too many old programs running on it. It's time to understand how the subconscious mind works and how it effects our daily life. This understanding will allow us to break these old patterns we agreed to. We will then be able to upload new programs of the present person we are today.
Assignment:
1. Write down one pattern or cycle you keep repeating. 2. Write down a new choice/decisions you could make to break that cycle. 3. Put it into action.
The Limbic brain controls our emotions! I wanted to give an overview of how our physical bodies can store memory, but also how we can change what memories it holds. Understanding a little about the brains mechanisms will give you more power when taking the steps to change old patterns and traumas you still hold onto.
In this video I cover the importance of meditation and the different ways you are able to look at and apply meditation to your daily life. I even go over a short chakra clearing and balancing meditation for you.
Assignment:
Practice the meditation provided on your own or choose your own as you move through the week. This stillness will allow your energy to move and bring peace into your life.
Presence is the key to true happiness. If we remain present in a time of chaos we will be able to see that we can respond to situations with balance rather than react to them with emotion. This powerful tool was put at the beginning of this journey because it will be the saving grace that will pull you out of anxiety, worry, and fear.
Assignment:
Practice presence daily. This can be through affirmations or just being mindful of your thoughts. Choose presence daily.
What are stress, negativity, and trauma trying to tell us? Everything in our experience is information that is teaching us about us. What could these heavy experiences be trying to teach us? Here we take a look at and change how we are met with challenging events.

The key to receiving the big stuff is to appreciate the small stuff. How can we start to appreciate what we have more? Being content right where you are is the doorway to manifesting desire. We must see that all we could ever want is what we already have.
Assignment:
1. Write down 3 things you are grateful for. 2. Write down a desire you wish to manifest. Allow yourself to really feel both of these things.
This power tool is about recognizing the beauty around us and within us. This can be hard for people to integrate, but once you do it can break down walls. Find beauty all around you.
Assignment:
Remember to look in the mirror and find 3 beautiful things about you. Tell yourself what those three things are out loud.
In this lesson we cover the past identities we hold onto. We focus on recognizing what past versions of ourselves we need to let go of so we can be present with who we are today.
Our physical experience is as important as our mental, emotional, and spiritual. It is important to support our body the way it supports us. Every cell in our body is working for us to be healthy and successful. We must incorporate our physical health just as we do our non physical.
Assignment:
How can you incorporate fitness and body awareness into your life? Make a list of what inspires you and take a leap.
WE NEED REST. Adequate sleep is essential for our physical bodies to regenerate and for our mental faculties to clear. Be sure to get enough sleep!
Assignment:
Find one way you are able to get more restful sleep. Your room is your sanctuary. Anything that doesn't support that should stay out.
A healthy diet has never been more important than ever. Eating clean and high vibe will keep us healthy and transcend the vibrations of disease and illness. Some debate whether or not to be vegan/vegetarian or meat eaters and the inner battle can be more detrimental than the activity itself. Here I will go over how to look at your own diet and make decisions which suit you!
Assignment:
Choose one diet change you can make or incorporate that would make you feel like you're treating your body like temple it is!
We all need this one more often than not! Once you master this tool, any situation you find yourself in will be a piece of cake. The trick is having compassion.
Assignment:
Practice patience! I am sure you will have no problem finding moments in your week to practice this very powerful tool.
This is where the magic begins happening. How do we break these unwanted cycles and patterns that keep repeating?! Here we will break down the mechanics of why we are having these experiences and how we can begin to dismantle them.

Our relationships are how we grow. They are essential to our soul's expansion. It's important to know when to let go of relationships that don't serve who we are presently. Do the relations we have with others uplift or pull down?
The appreciation tool is the magic ticket to not only receiving blessings, but recognizing all the one's we already have in our life. Download the power tool attachment and don't forget to tune into appreciation!
This is a "how to" manifest your desires segment! I will cover the importance of clarity and how visualization amplifies your requests!

Practice visualizing your desires without attachment to outcome. The important part is feeling the feelings of your dream or desire. Stay focused!
This should be a given, but with the daily hustle it is often overlooked. Take some time out of your day to be kind to others. Your energy has the power to uplift even when you don't think it does. So say, "Hi!" to a passing stranger.

Pick an act of kindness you can act upon today! Try to incorporate this practice daily.
You came into this life experience to be YOU... not to be what the outside world wants you to be. Your power is in your authenticity. We go over the importance of living your authentic truth and how it serves as a vehicle to your dreams and desires.
Assignment:
What is one thing you can do that would reflect you being your most authentic self? Even if it takes a little bravery, it's time to take that step.
Our lives are comprised of a series of agreements and disagreements. It's time to look at the agreements we are still making that don't serve us. It's okay to break old contracts and make new ones.
Assignment:
What is an old agreement you want to break? Allow yourself to move forward and make new agreements which serve this current version of you now.
We all need to set boundaries and also break them! We will cover how setting boundaries helps you stand in your power and attracts more of what you want toward you. Remember that it's also up to you to break passed boundaries that hold you back from your dreams!
Assignment:
Write down an affirmation where you are setting stronger boundaries for yourself.

This is such a powerful tool! Taking ownership over your own experience changes the experience. Make sure you really let this one sink in!

Find ways you can take ownership in your life this week. Journal your biggest accomplishments.
Sometimes the most challenging task is to be present. It's challenging because most times we don't realize we aren't present. However, when we project ourselves into the past or the future, we are not being present. In this video I will cover how to be present and how all possible potentials exist within the now moment.
This segment takes things a little bit deeper with understanding the chakra energy centers as well as how they correspond to levels of consciousness. Light and sound are the same thing in different expressions. It is frequency. Having a bit of knowledge behind the chakras will help you keep them in balance and useful. I do go into the densities of consciousness to help bridge the gap between our physical and non physical existence. I hope you enjoy this section. It is a bit longer, but that's because it has some consciousness expanding info!

What chakra center do you feel could be a little more clear? Write down one step you are taking to balancing and clearing that chakra.
This is a simple 5 minute chakra clearing exercise. The purpose of this short meditation is so that you can take it anywhere with you when you need it. You don't need to be guided and you don't need any outside source. You have all you need within you. So, take mental notes and recreate the experience when the moment calls.

Complete this 5 minute meditation and practice it on your own throughout your week.
Harmony in all areas of our life equates to balance. We must keep the music of our lives in harmony with who we are. That will look different at varying stages of our lives, but the key is to be in tune with our present self. This video covers harmony and how to maintain peace within our experience.
Assignment:
Review the Power Tool PDF and assess the harmony in your life. Where do you need a bit more harmony? Friendships, relationships, yourself? It's time to come into balance and stay in balance.
Success is truly a mindset. If you believe you aren't a success then you will never be a success. However, the Law of Attraction states that thoughts are things and what we think we become. I will cover the importance of your success mindset to the true manifestation of desire.

Success and Manifestation Writing Exercise:
Success lies in your hands. You are the only one who will make or break you. It has nothing to do with anyone, BUT YOU. This is your hero's plan.
All stories are the same -- The hero always starts off doing fine, but then they encounter a problem that needs solving. Somehow a guide finds their way into the picture either by "chance" or action. The guide provides them with a plan. The plan requires the hero's action. They don't know if they can do it. The hero steps into the unknown and comes out victorious. That hero is you. You need a plan.
In this exercise you are going to write down one of your desires or dreams. Below that you're going to make a list of the actionable steps you are going to take and/or are already taking in order to achieve it. Recognizing the ways you are already experiencing your ultimate desires is another key to receiving more of them. Be sure to note all ways that you are already do it. As you write down the new actionable steps or roads to achieving more of your desired success, you will already be channeling them into physical reality from your thought. So, you could say, it's already DONE!
You can use this for every goal you have. Enjoy it. Your mindset is the key to everything you have every wanted for yourself.

3. You will state what limiting belief you are releasing.
4. You will affirm that you deserve it.
If we don't think we deserve something, then we sure are not going to receive it. We must be willing to know that we deserve our blessings and opportunities AND then we must ALLOW them in. This can take a level of bravery on your part, but until we decide we deserve more then we will forever stay in the cycle of unwanted patterns.
Assignment:
How can you allow more blessings in? Take steps toward knowing that you deserve all good things in your life. It starts with letting go of the past.
This power tool feels more like an initiation. Having the bravery to authentically express ourselves. We have so much fear that surrounds voicing our opinion or how we feel that we turn away from what we are being asked to do. It is time to honor our own inner voice and express ourselves in whatever way calls.
Assignment:
Pick one thing you can do to express yourself in a way that you have been previously holding yourself back. Do it!
