Mastering The QuickBooks Online Phone App

In this QuickBooks video, you will be introduced to the QuickBooks online phone application. You will also learn about the QuickBooks app course that follows this introductory video. You will learn what you will need for the qbo app course and prepare to install the QuickBooks online phone app

In this QuickBooks training tutorial, you will learn how to manage notes with your QuickBooks online phone app. Notes can be text or pictures. You can take notes for customers or vendors. The notes will show up in the customer activity list and the vendor activity list.  

In this QuickBooks training tutorial, you will learn how to input and edit customer and vendor information. When you input from your phone, you can use the customers and vendors in transactions when you log in with the computer to qbo.

In this QuickBooks training tutorial, you will learn how to record invoices in your QuickBooks online phone app. You enter the data the same way you would in any phone app. The invoice shows on the activity list as well as effecting the numbers in the profit and loss and the balance sheet. You can select the customer and the terms of the invoice from the qbo phone app. 

In this QuickBooks training tutorial, you will learn how to send invoices from your QuickBooks online phone app. You simply re-open the invoice you saved and then tap send. You must enter the email address and any notes you want to go along with the email. The customer will receive a pdf invoice from their email I will log in and show you what the customer receives.  

In this QuickBooks training tutorial, you will learn how to record invoice payments from customers. When you record invoice payments from your qbo app, the screen that you record the payment in behaves like the desktop receive payment window. You must apply the customer payment correctly and use the open invoice report to see if the payment was applied the way you want. You cannot see the open invoice report from the QuickBooks online phone app. 

In this learn QuickBooks video, you will learn how to record sales receipts to customers. A receipt is the document to make when the customer pays you immediately for some service or product you sold. You will learn how to add customers, accounts and items “on the fly”. That means you can add this list items at the moment you record the transaction in your QuickBooks online phone app. You cannot record direct deposits with the qbo app. You must deposit them from undeposited funds or match them from bank feeds.

In this QuickBooks video tutorial, you will learn how to record checks and “expense” type of transactions. You will see how to “split” the transaction so you can record 2 expenses with 1 check from your qbo app

In this QuickBooks video tutorial, you will learn how to set up bank feeds so you can use that feature with your QuickBooks online phone app.  To set up bank feeds, you must log in from the computer.

In this QuickBooks video tutorial, you will learn how to use bank feeds to record expenses and checks. You will review the list of downloaded transactions. You can: enter, record, approve, match or delete a bank transaction from the downloaded list in your qbo app. Transactions move from the review list in to your QuickBooks records. If you make a mistake, you can undo the action and remove it from the list.

In this QuickBooks video tutorial, you will learn how to match your receipts that you recorded from your phone with the deposits in the review list of the bank feeds. Your qbo app will move the receipt from undeposited funds to the bank account and show it as a deposit on the deposit detail report.
