This course contains the use of artificial intelligence.
AI can produce a market analysis in minutes, with confident numbers and a clear recommendation. The question is whether you can defend it when someone asks where a number came from. Here are 117 tools to use AI for strategy with checks: 86 ready-to-use templates, question lists, checklists, procedures and AI prompts, 26 models and methods, and 5 working files.
Open a lecture, take the brief, check one strategic claim today.
Why AI-made strategy can mislead
AI fills gaps with plausible text, compares things that are not comparable and hides assumptions inside fluent paragraphs. A decision built on that can look strong in a slide and collapse at the first question.
What changes after this course
Every finding links to a source, competitors are compared on equal terms, scenarios have explicit assumptions and signals, and options are challenged before a choice is made. The decision brief shows what AI drafted, what people judged and what was approved, and the strategy reaches a session and an action plan.
A note on the structure
The course opens with five practical AI lessons, each with a working file and a fictional example. The following sections on critical thinking, strategy sessions and execution give the broader foundation.
What is inside: 117 tools, counted lecture by lecture
You do not have to take this number on trust. Open any lecture and read its description: every tool inside is listed there by name.
Where the tools are
Who is teaching
I am Mike, the #1 HR instructor on Udemy, with 1,800,000+ course enrollments from 170,000 students, and the author of about 200 books on Amazon. I built the people system at Preply as it became a unicorn and worked at Wargaming, iDeals and Alfa-Bank across 20 years in HR. I hold PHRi, SHRM-CP and HCI sHRBP certifications and represent HRCI in Eastern Europe. I am also a founder and lead the strategy of my own academy.
At Wargaming our HR strategy was developed by fourteen people: seven HR business partners, including me, the heads of recruiting, onboarding, employer brand, the corporate university and benefits, and the local HR director. Everyone prepared their view of the future first, and then we brainstormed together.
How to use the course
Start with the five AI lessons and work through one real decision, then use the critical thinking and strategy session sections. Section and lecture titles show how many tools are inside, and each lecture description lists them by name.
