Description
This course allows you to learn almost all the tools used in Microsoft Word. In this course I have looked into the most common tools we use in Microsoft Word 2016. I have also looked into the most recent updates available in Microsoft Word 365. The course initially describes each tool of Microsoft separately. These tools are available from Microsoft Word 2016 version onwards. The last section of the course focuses on the updates available in Microsoft Word 365 version. There is almost no difference between Microsoft Word 2019 and Microsoft Word 365. Therefore, by the end of this course, you will be able to understand almost all of the tools we use in Microsoft Word.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
Use text and paragraph formatting tools such as bold, italic, underline, font color, etc.
Use tools such as WordArt and SmartArt
Insert and format pictures, tables and charts
Insert and format shapes and textbox
Understand different formatting tools for objects
Insert and edit citations and bibliography
Change the layout of a page or the whole document
Change the theme of the document
Use proofing tools
Insert comments
Track, accept and reject changes
Use different document views
Understand tools available in formatting and navigation panels
Use the latest Draw tab
Insert and edit icons and 3D models
Use the most recent tools such as dictate and editor

Instructor
Mohamed Misbaah is a commissioned officer at Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF). He has done his BA at Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and Masters in Human Resource Management at Maldives Business School. He has worked as a temporary teacher for 6 months in Faafu Atoll Education Centre after his secondary education. He has also worked at Prosecutor General's Office of Maldives for 6 months as an administrative staff. Before joining MNDF he has also briefly worked at a printing shop.
