    Hi there, welcome to this course!

    My name is Raelan Agle and I’m excited to work together with you on this journey. Lecture 1 is where you get to know a bit about me and why I'm so passionate about the topic of food. (And health in general!) I share some of my struggles with food and health, along with the challenges that countless others have shared with me. I let you know exactly how we are going to address these challenges and what you can expect from here.

This class will equip you with the information, insights, tools, and strategies that you need not just for meal planning, but also with what you need to manage food at every step of the way, from planning to shopping to preparing to eating. And for staying on track! It's not willpower, it's planning and tools that will get you there.

It's understandable if you're currently struggling a bit (or a lot) with food. In fact, it would be shocking if you weren't. Our current world doesn't make eating well easy, but I promise you it doesn’t have to be this hard. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a full-time job, and eating can and should be enjoyable!
