1- Intentions : If you have a desire for something without intention, you say to the Universe i don't have that thing. So you don't resonate with the version of yourself that has that thing. Once you desire something, you have to just let it go and trust the process. It's OK to have a desire, but you need to focus more on the intention rather than the desire.


2- Beliefs : Reality is the mirror of your believes. Change your believes and you will change your reality. To change a negative belief, you need to ask yourself ''what is this belief that makes me behave the way I do and prevent me from changing my reality''. Your subconscious mind will keep thinking about that question and you will eventually become aware of that belief. Once you are aware of it, you just say ''thank you, this belief served me and kept me safe but now I don't need it anymore and I decide to just let it go''.


3- Mindset : Your reality is a reflection of your state of mind. You need to focus on improving your state of mind by doing what you enjoy, be more relaxed and your reality will change to align with your new state of mind. For example, try not to be stressed by the outcome and obsessed about it, and you will see things will naturally unfold in your favor.
