Most people bale out the water, but the boat is still sinking. This is how many people manage their lives.
If you know where the water is coming into the boat, you can fix the hole. It is the same in our lives and in this video I explain exactly where mental health issues originate, which makes it some much easier to solve.
We as human beings are powerful and were put in control of our lives. That means we can BE, DO and HAVE anything and everything we desire.
As part of that 'control' we were given CHOICE and the ability to choose what we want in life. BUT choice means choosing one thing or another, like you can choose to be wet or dry, or you can choose to be sad or happy.
This means you can choose to feel down and have depression or feel great and there is no depression. When you make the right choices, all the crap disappears and mental issues then become an illusion.
Most people have to hit rockbottom before they decide to make changes in their lives.
