Description
Critical thinking is considered to be an essential ability for life and a soft skill required in many jobs in modern days. Whether it is daily life and common or difficult circumstances, or jobs, critical thinking could help you deal with them in a much easier and efficient way.
In this course, you will learn the basic elements of our thinking system, the importance of words and the limitations that could stop you from achieving your goal.
You will, also, learn about reasoning, its distinguish from intelligence and its importance in critical thinking. Moreover, about Metacognition and the value it has in academics and in daily life, how it is different from cognition and the importance of using metacognitive strategies. Finally, you will learn about problem-solving, what makes a problem, some theories around problem solving and the solutions they proposed and you will be asked to solve some popular problems. All these are the necessary paths for going to critical thinking. Acquirining these skills doesn't happen in a day, but it requires patience, constant practice, time.
By the end of the course, it is expected to know things about all the skills mentioned above, their importance in daily life, how to spot them and use them, and have your own ways to achieve your goals.
