Instructor
Hi my name is Mark Lidster. Over the last 14 years I have worked at my clinical hypnotherapy practice in London as a fully qualified behavioural hypnotherapist.
Throughout that time, I have successfully treated countless clients, both in the UK and internationally, presenting with all kinds of issues.
My speciality is anxiety and the management of such conditions as Generalised Anxiety Disorder, panic attacks, social anxiety, emotional eating, mid-life crisis, lack of self-confidence, motivation and self-esteem. These are often the presenting symptoms of much deeper issues such as childhood abuse, poor parental role modelling, past trauma, drug addictions, chronic stress and relationship issues which I help treat first.
Within the practise and online, I use talking therapies and a variety of other therapy techniques to help guide and teach my clients in the first instance, before I use hypnotherapy to embed in any new behavioural conditioning.
What I consider to be my greatest strength is my personal understanding and empathy of the issues that I’m dealing with. This is due in no small part to my own challenging life experiences which have included, childhood abuse, multiple anxiety issues, cannabis and alcohol addiction, depression, divorce and relationship issues, child separation and a mid-life breakdown. By candidly highlighting my own life experiences and how they were successfully resolved, I have been able me to inspire and build great trust and rapport with my clients. This in turn has led to a very high treatment success rate at my practice over the years.
I am also very passionate about fitness, especially in relation to its use as an excellent anxiety/depression coping tool. I promote this through various channels and with over 20K followers and 2.5 million plus views, I have gained a loyal and enthusiastic tribe of followers under my Maxim “Age Is Just A Number”.
I also offer mentoring services to anyone who has lost their way and are looking to regain their “Mojo” and purpose in life.
