To know your value, strengths, emotions, thoughts, and how those factors have an impact on your behavior and on the world is called…self-awareness. This one-half hour course packs a big punch. This course explores self-awareness, uses practical application and exercises to increase your ability or develop your knowledge of self-awareness. Research showed that those who demonstrated a more accurate conception of their own skills, abilities, and preferences tended to perform better than those with a less accurate self-conception. Self-awareness is critical to personal development and participation in diverse groups.
