In this Video, you will be adopting the Trello Board and Lists to fit the SCRUM Framework Project Management phases
The Product Backlog is The very First phase of the SCRUM Framework where all the needed materials, tools and resources for the entire project are kept. We will be learning how to set this up using the card feature of Trello to perform project activities like descriptions, checklists, adding SCRUM team members, Dates and deadlines with reminders etc. A little hint is given on utilizing automation which we will practically look at in detail in a latter lecture.
You will be setting up the Sprint Backlog for The First Sprint, copying the required items from the product backlog phase and performing team management and update tasks using features in the card
In this video, you will be practically learning the Other phases of the Sprint such as In Progress, Completed and Accepted (Definition of Done) phases.
Note that optionally an extra phase called Retrospect can be added where key lessons and insights from the currently ended Sprint can be listed and referenced as the next Sprint is begun and engaged with. You will hear more of this in the next lecture.
