In the past 8 years, my journey in the QA field has been diverse and fulfilling. I have held various roles, ranging from manual testing to automation development, and even establishing QA departments. I take pride in my ability to serve as a mentor, guiding and supporting QA professionals, and offering consultancy services to help companies achieve higher quality solutions. Additionally, I engage in freelance work alongside my position as Director of quality & Eng Ops.
My expertise lies in both manual testing and automation development. I possess a strong background in creating automation infrastructure for testing complex systems, enabling efficient and effective testing processes. With my experience, I have successfully managed teams, provided mentorship, and implemented workflows and guidelines to optimize both automation and manual QA practices.
Working within Agile methodologies and employing CI/CD flows is second nature to me. I am well-versed in these practices and have a deep understanding of their implementation and benefits.
In terms of education, I hold a B.A. in communications, which has equipped me with excellent communication skills essential for collaborating with diverse teams. I am also ISTQB certified, validating my understanding of software testing principles. Furthermore, I continuously expand my knowledge through informal education, which includes completing various programming courses and engaging in online learning platforms.
