Prior to my spiritual awakening I worked in HR (Human Resources) therefore I was already well-versed in human emotions and behaviour, something anyone working in HR needs to be extremely familiar and comfortable with. Having studied the more logical, left-brained subjects of NLP, mental health first aid and psychometric profiling, the spiritual topics I've learned since have truly complemented my existing knowledge and skillset. Combining my spiritual tools with the skills learned in my former career have not only enhanced my life, but totally transformed it and I feel empowered to be able to manage my own emotions and wellness.
