Important: If your Moodle instance doesn’t offer this setting, your administrator may need to install the Moodle H5P integration library v127 plugin from the Moodle plugin repository. I’ve included a link to this plugin in the resources section below. (https://moodle.org/plugins/view.php?id=3429)
When I was working on Moodle 4.4, I struggled for hours trying to upload H5P packages—until I found that my framework was stuck on h5plib_v126. Once I installed the plugin and updated to h5plib_v127, everything worked perfectly!
The H5P package file below is an example Branching scenario using the H5P Interactive video content type. By using the Crossroads activities (and others) one can jump from section to section in the video - getting the same effect as from an actual Branching scenarios.

Should be able to create simple graphics in PowerPoint or other tools
Should care for some of the basics of learning design
Should have some experience creating H5P interactivities. Look at H5P site for basics before doing this course.
