Description
Massage Therapy for Couples is a comprehensive easy-to-follow video course that helps people (mostly couples) to give each other quality massage treatments at home. The educational part of the course includes basic anatomy and physiology, and scientific principles that will allow partners to give each other massage treatments that are as close to a professional experience as possible. These treatments may promote deep relaxation, increased circulation, tension/pain reduction, and overall sense of wellbeing.
This online course contains 7 main parts (4 educational and 3 practical) with more additional courses to be offered in future.

Instructor
Elena Klymenko - Registered Massage Therapist R.M.T, BKIN
Elena graduated from Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy and has a passion for helping clients re-align their bodies for everyday wellbeing and optimal performance.
Elena has a background in Kinesiology ( York University) and extensive experience in teaching Yoga. She traveled to India and studied Kundalini Yoga with renowned teacher Gurmukh at Golden Bridge institute. Her Hatha Yoga journey started in 2007 with teacher training at Sivananda Centre.
Elena has been a personal trainer since 2002, she developed her own system of functional training that brings amazing results - strong, fit and flexible body with healthy joints and increased vitality on all levels.
Elena’s method of massage therapy is focused on postural correction and injury rehabilitation, with an emphasis on creating a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation to activate the innate self-healing abilities of the body. Elena encourages deep breathing, positive affirmations, and the mind-body-soul connection.
