
This lecture is about the introduction to the course and provides the course outlines along with some burning issues of the aspect of marketing of postal services.
This session will cover various aspects of the marketing of physical services, specially the tools and techniques of marketing of physical services.

This session will cover various aspects of the marketing of electronic services, specially the tools and techniques of marketing of electronic services.
The final lecture will dwell over some of the issues of marketing of postal services, which are not touched in the previous lectures. This session will also provide recap of the previous lectures.
This course is particularly designed for the staffs of the designated operators of the member countries of the Universal Postal Union.
This course will be completed in five lectures. Lecture-1 will give an introductory idea on the marketing of postal services and its importance. Lecture-2, 3 and 4 will equip the students with the knowledge and skills required for successoful marketing of physical, financial and electronic services. Lecture-5 is the final lecture and will cover those topics not touched by previous lectures.
