I have had the good fortune of conversations with some of the largest traders in the Pits in Chicago, I have had the personal satisfaction of being a trader in futures and spot markets. This Market Profile course is targeted to more intermediate/advanced traders who already know the basics of Market Profile. Market Profile was developed in the Pits and designed for Pit traders transitioning off the floor to have  same visual concepts as when they were on the floor. This gives a trader the edge to visualize a market in its dynamic price flow responding to current market information rather than past information. Markets are a zero sum game so at any given time period you can only be in a net loss or net profit position so past information provides minimal context for rest in orders but all aggressive orders are in the moment in response to real world events and emotions of multiple time horizons. As we cannot predict the future Market Profile builds a picture on what traders are doing now and their possible expectations.
