To begin with Body, is easy.
We use body very little, mind too much and no balance – bringing the balance back for relaxed and joyful living.
Participants will learn 4 different techniques to release tensions from Body and relax the body to come out of stress. Three of these techniques are active and one if guided relaxing.
And will learn to be Aware of the body to avoid stress in life.

Perfection is the path to stress, tensions, and judgments.
It is an unrealistic approach – where evolution, improvement has no place. Perfection has no simplicity and accepting things as they are.
The solution is in living and doing things with totality. In totality one enjoys the activity, and the best result is just byproduct without any stress.

One of the main causes of stress in life is living in comparison with others. This Mindset of comparing yourself with others, makes you inferior and superior-and it creates jealousy.

Mistakes are human. And mistakes are the best way of learning in life. by learning from mistakes, you become more mature. You becomes thankful to the mistakes when you learn and becomes better person. Then the mistakes don’t repeat.

Understanding that all the Mindset that cause stress are unnatural, these are learned by education, upbringing and they keep life unhealthy.
