In this training, the importance of project stakeholder management, the way to be followed and methods to be used, from determining stakeholders to measuring stakeholder performance, are explained.

Gökrem Tekir graduated from Anadolu University in 1997 as an Industrial Engineer.
He worked as a project engineer in different companies in the production and service sector. He earned the PMP Certificate in 2004.
After receiving the PMP Certificate, he continued his career as a Project Management Trainer and Consultant.
Among the trainings he gave, there are topics such as Fundamentals of Project Management, Agile Project Management, Scrum Approach, Project Planning and Follow-up with Microsoft Project, PMP Exam Preparation.
The consultancy services offered by Gökrem Tekir are the Establishment and Integration of Project Management Offices, Microsoft Project Server and Sharepoint Integration, Development of Enterprise-Specific Project Management Methods, Planning and Reporting of Projects Between Buyer and Sellers, Creation and Follow-up of Project Plans of Institutions, Projects of Employees. Merkez Bankasına bağlı Para Yöneticileri Derneğinde Uzman olarak çalıştıktan sonra KOSGEB Avrupa Birliği, Bilgi ve İş Birliği Ağında danışmanlık yaptı.
Tepe Prefabrik'te İş Geliştirme ve Kalite Uzmanlığı yaptıktan sonra İktisat Bankası Dağıtım Kanallarında Yöneticiliğe geçti. Internet şubesi ve palm bankacılığı projelerinde yer aldı.

After working as an Expert in the Dealer's Association of the Central Bank, hew was advisor for KOSGEB on European Union, Information and Business Alliance Network.
After working as a business development and quality specialist in Tepe Prefabric, he started in İktisat Bank Distribution Channels as Manager. He manages Internet branch and palm banking projects.
He attended project management courses in Harvard, and working with the consultants gave training to project companies on project management and joined consulting activities.
He was the consultant for Superonline and he created the first Turkish Project Management Methodology, prepared the documentation and gave trainings.
He took part in the establishment of E-commerce department at Garanti Bank as a manager. He managed Virtual POS, Virtual Card, Garanti Alışveriş, 3d Secure Projects and Portfolio Manager of all other projects. He represented banks in state projects (e-govermennt, digital signature etc.).
Over the last 10 years, more than 8000 participants from more than 400 companies attends his trainings: Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Information Project Management, Software Project Management, Project Methodology Development, Project Office Building, MS Project, PMP Preparation, Stakeholder Management, Quality Management and Risk Management.
He worked as a General Manager of the Farmalogy company in Hedef Alliance Holding and Project Coordinator in Trendtech company, he started training and consulting.

I have approximately 17-years of experience including nearly 13-years in project management.
I hold B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering since 2004, and M.Sc. in Engineering Management since 2007 from Istanbul Technical University which is one of the most prominent universities in Turkey.
I completed my doctorate studies in Yildiz Technical University, and hold Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering in 2014. I have two published articles on Supplier Selection in Project Management.
I hold PMP certification since 2010 and worked as a freelance trainer and trained more than 900 people from different countries.
I also have Professional Scrum Master and ITIL certificate.
I have gained experiences on Project Management and Management Information Systems and Tools in Arcelik, the leading international durable goods producer and Kuwait Turk, the leading international participation banking institution. I worked as a member of Target Deployment Team and as a Project Manager of performance management systems.
I have also participated in local and global projects in Aktif Investment Bank. As a consequence of working with different locations, I am experienced on setting up a virtual team and managing them.
I was responsible for global projects in TNT Turkey and worked for coaching and training Project Manager for local projects. In addition to my responsibilities, I have also contributed to working groups named as Development Group and Training Team.
I worked in Dicle Electricity Distribution Company as Project Office Manager. I was also responsible as Program Manager for Oracle Utilities Program including CCB, MDM, WAM and OMS Modules.
