She has worked for The Finnish Red Cross holding workshops aimed to empower people to act against racism and also individually taken several initiatives to address social injustice issues, both in Finland as well as abroad.
Susheela is ready to provide her knowledge, skills and expertise in educating, training and empowering people and businesses to reach their full potential and to be active global citizens.
In 2015 Susheela Daniel was awarded with the Finnish Global Family Award for her contributions towards social justice.
Christian Thibault was born into a small to medium sized traditional family business in Bonn, Germany in the 1960s. The town was then the capitol and crowded with diplomats and international workers. He visited a Jesuit College and later moved to Finland, where he started his own business which he ran successfully for 25 years, making it into the 3rd biggest in its trade. This company is now run by his wife.
Christian has also always been participating in football/soccer as player, coach and later club manager. This lead to a career as a volunteer and later manager in NGO´s which were using sports to promote social inclusion. Christian got to be a popular speaker at seminars and on panels and he eventually developed his own diversity training programs with his partners. Christian Thibault studied business management at the Helsinki School of business. In his own words, he likes to see society and business to embrace the full potential of human diversity and a transparent and cohesive structure for everyone to be able to contribute to their best abilities and resource.
In 2008 Christian Thibault got awarded the Finnish Cross of honour for his contributions to social inclusion through sports and culture.
The two have worked on numerous projects, activities and events together. Mostly in the NGO field, but also as private responsible citizens.
Both of the partners having grown up and lived in diverse and international communities, are passionate about a society which embraces and values diversity. Within their work they have always promoted this through education, trainings and campaigns. Both partners have graduated in business and dedicated time and energy as volunteers to several NGO´s, as for example the Finnish Red Cross and the Finnish Olympic Committee and also been employed to run some of those organisations and their projects as managers.
