Description

Being a manager is challenging! Often in manager trainings, we respond to the complexity of management by throwing tons of knowledge and tools at you and lot of it doesn’t seem very connected. In this course, however, the goal is to simplify your role as a manager. We will do this by focusing on the three areas that you most need to invest in and then talking through key skills that align to those areas. Whether you are a new manager or have years of experience, leveraging this course can elevate your own impact and the impact of your team.

Because I am a coach, I believe that the best actions for you will come from within you. This won’t be your typical training where you are simply handed tools and sent on your way. Throughout the course, there will be quite a few coaching questions—questions that I might ask you if you were my client. These are opportunities for you to reflect on how you interpret the concepts we’ll discuss, what you know about yourself and your team, and what actions you want to take that are most relevant to you. It is important that you invest in all these reflections as this is where the impact will happen.

Who this course is for:

  • New managers
  • Experienced managers who are finding the role overwhelming
  • Any manager wanting to invest in their capability and their team
  • Even senior leaders may find much of this content useful and applicable
