This course will cover different methods for help with anxiety and panic attacks. We will cover CBT, Panic Attacks, and Anxiety Management strategies. Successfully managing anxiety takes a number of methods and in this lecture series the incorporation of multiple techniques and strategies is used in order for the viewer to take away a measure of some ability to combat their own irrational thinking.
