- Implement processes and take action to improve individual performance and overall project effectiveness
- Monitor and report for remedial action internal and external influences on individual and project team performance and morale
- Implement procedures for interpersonal communication, counselling and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
- Identify and manage inter-project and intra-project resource conflict to minimise impact on achievement of project objectives
- Disband the project team according to organisational policies and procedures
- Identify and document human resource issues and recommended improvements

Description
In guiding a project, particularly one in the building and construction industry, an intricate knowledge of Project Resource Management is critical in determining the project’s outcome. In reality people practice many of the concepts involved in Project Human Resource Management however our course will allow students to fully utilize and benefit from such a detailed understanding of Project Management theory.
Whilst a Project Resource Management is not a new concept for teaching, Exner Education, drawing on their 25 years of experience in the construction industry have tailored this course to address many of the challenges facing Construction Projects and their Project Managers today.
Duration of Study
The pace at which each student studies is different. The nominal hours for this course are 20 hours, however, this can vary greatly depending on your previous experience and study techniques. Student support is available by asking a question online or visiting our website.
