You will observe the effects of kinesiology on specific beat patterns to discover what music may support muscle strength or weakness, thereby guiding prescriptive music listening strategies.
For instance, avoid anapestic beats at times in which aligning the central and peripheral nervous systems during physical fitness training aim at building muscle strength. Anapestic beats disrupt the signal transmission and weaken the muscular structure. Simply: the muscle blows out.
The anapestic beat also opposes the heartbeat, wherein the stress beat is on 1 rather than on 3. Therefore, music exhibiting a strong anapestic beat typically does not align with the heartbeat to induce deep relaxation.
Strategy #10 - Identify anapestic beats when applying music prescriptively to learn what beats to avoid during physical fitness training aimed at building muscle strength.
Learn about three more strategies.
Strategy #12 - Identify 3 ways you relate to music and recognize how those relationships connect to your health story four ways. Then, make music choices based on prescriptive music applications.
Strategy #13 - Distinguish music listening habits that may create hard-to-identify Chronic Unsettled Comfort Zones™.
Strategy #14 - Learn about cleansing your moods with prescriptive music listening applying Music Medicine Pills™.
