Description

This course will teach you a number of simple and powerful techniques from the realm of magic and meditation, techniques that you can use for the whole of your life to maintain and improve your physical and emotional health.

The course consists of eleven videos and seven downloadable pdf handouts. Over the span of the course you’ll be introduced to these techniques, and encouraged to practice them for yourself an in your own time.

The techniques can be divided into three sorts of practice - breathing patterns, visualizations performed in light trance and work with a well studied and extremely effective healing spirit.

In the first section you’ll learn the neurological hack of pranayama breathing. This is enormously useful for relaxation and enhancement of your immune system.

Then you'll move on to another kind of breathwork, Connected Breathing, for breaking out of internal loops and entering present-time awareness. This kind of breathing is also very useful for overcoming one kind of insomnia.

Then we'll work with light trance, such as the use of guided meditations for deep relaxation. This leads directly into working with your aura.

Finally you'll meet and work with a proven healing spirit (sometimes called a servitor), Kawa Pohr.
