This course will teach you a number of simple and powerful techniques from the realm of magic and meditation, techniques that you can use for the whole of your life to maintain and improve your physical and emotional health.
The course consists of eleven videos and seven downloadable pdf handouts. Over the span of the course you’ll be introduced to these techniques, and encouraged to practice them for yourself an in your own time.
The techniques can be divided into three sorts of practice - breathing patterns, visualizations performed in light trance and work with a well studied and extremely effective healing spirit.
