Description
Using macros to form a balanced diet has become a very popular trend. But hitting your macros with success takes more than just knowing your numbers. This course is more than just a calculator, it contains practical information on how to get to your goal macros with success. I go through with you step by step how to build a plan without turning your life upside down and giving up every food you love. I also supply PDF resources with macro friendly proteins and how to calculate alcohol macros into your plan.
This course is intended for beginners and those that have tried macro diets in the past without success. I go through the most common mistakes I see as a coach and teach you how to navigate past them for success.

Instructor
I have been coaching since 2012. I consider myself a former "life long
dieter" whose passion is to help others create a balance of healthy eating without completely giving up foods they enjoy. My coaching is based on my own success of losing (and keeping off) 70 pounds, continuous education in nutrition, and continuing to work with clients from all walks of life.
