If you are here mainly for lucid dreaming, welcome. Whether you are a beginner who hasn't remembered a dream in 10 years, or an experienced lucid dreamer who wants to deepen their practice, there is a lot here for you to benefit from. Remember, lucid dreaming is a learnable skill that takes time to master. Like going to the gym, you need consistency and practice to see results. Have fun throughout the process and don't get frustrated expecting instant results. Instead, learn to fall in love with all your dreams, not just lucid ones. Dream journaling, Lucid dreaming, and lucid living are lifelong transformative practices. You will learn things that you can take with you beyond this course and use throughout your life.

Consistency is key to lucid dreaming. Many people do not put in the work and get upset when they do not see results. It is a skill, and with any skill, it takes practice. Keeping up with your practice and dream journaling is worth it. You don't have to try incredibly hard, just pay attention to your dreams and place importance on them by thinking about them throughout the day. **Reminder: Check out the resources when they appear in the course- It may be a workbook, PDF reading, or research article***

Dream recall is the ability to recollect the narrative and details of our dreams. Although everyone has varying levels of dream recall for many different reasons. Building dream recall is the foundational practice for all dreamwork and lucid dreaming. It is like a muscle that is strengthened every time we remember a dream.

There is no universal meaning to dream symbols! You will learn to understand meaning through your own personal dream language.
How to learn your personal dream signs
You may have noticed that your dream content is significantly influenced by the content you consume during the day, especially close to when you fall asleep. You may have also heard that the things you tell yourself impact your experience in life and how you feel. This is because the subconscious mind is always listening and registering information, especially things you say to yourself. Dream incubation is the process of planting the seed in your mind about what you want to dream about. Every night as you fall asleep, set the intentions for your dreams. You can set the intention to become lucidly aware. Or you can set the intention to dream of a certain person or topic. If you have a problem in your waking life, you can set the intention to dream up a solution. You can even set the intention to just remember more of your dreams and start there.

About Our Meditation Coach, Ashaba
Ashaba Faridah grew up in a humble background in the outskirts of Kampala city, Uganda, she went on to defy the odds and become one of the few women pilots in her country. She had a near-death experience in 2016 that completley shifted her view on life and death. She is also a spiritual coach who is experienced in guiding people through out-of-body-experiences.
A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming. If you are aware that you are dreaming, its a lucid dream, even if you have no control over the dream. Lucidity is simply the conscious awareness of the dream state. You can also be semi-lucid, where you suspect it is a dream, but not fully lucid. Lucidity is a spectrum.
If performed correctly, and sufficiently, reality checks will eventually lead you to realize you’re dreaming within the dream. When you are awake, it may feel silly because you know you are not dreaming, but in a dream, you are also convinced that you are awake.
A lucid dream is a sandbox of endless possibilities. Anything you can imagine that you cannot do in waking life, you can experience in a lucid dream, such as flying, meeting celebrities, shapeshifting and so much more. One of the best things about dreams is that the rules and laws of everyday life do not apply to them. Learn about all the endless possibilities of things you can do in a lucid dream!
In 1980, Stephen LaBerge created a technique called Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD).
This is one of the most reliable and versatile methods that can lead to amazing dream experiences, making it great for beginners. This method is quite simple, and all you need is a few minutes of mindfulness before bedtime.
Do you get too excited and wake yourself up when you realize you are inside a dream? If so, this section is for you!
This module is all about nightmares and sleep paralysis and some of the not-so-fun parts of dreamwork. I have found that so-called bad dreams still have lessons within them. We can also work on lightening up the mood of our dreams by being more conscious of what we feed our minds during the day.
Lucid dreaming therapy (LDT) has been proven efficient for treating nightmares, and even when lucidity is not achieved, the induction exercises assist patients by helping them develop critical thinking over dream content. Although induction of LD may be a feasible aid in the treatment of patients with nightmares, more research is still needed in the field for this to become common public knowledge.
Do not let this common mistake stop you from lucid dreaming!

There is a clear link between dreaming and mental health, but what about physical health? Working with dreams and lucid dreaming can assist with emotional healing by helping you correct some of the subconscious patterns that have been knotted in your mind and life. You might think that seeking healing and wisdom through dreams is a contemporary, “New Age” concept. But people have been practicing oneiromancy—a form of divination through dreams—and dream incubation—a method of seeking wisdom through dreams—in the service of healing for a very long time. The Anchor Technique is a method used to trigger lucidity within dreams by establishing a consistent element in your waking life that becomes associated with the concept of becoming aware within a dream.
Mind, Body, Soul.
Take care of yourself. When all else fails, go back to the basics. Move your body. Occupy your mind, do something that makes your soul happy. Everything will be ok. This too shall pass.
Use this on low volume to peacefully ease you to sleep. You can play it at night while you shower and get ready for bed, or listen to it as you fall asleep. Binaural beats are great for relaxation and lucidity. Enjoy! (sorry Udemy does not allow me to upload mp3)
Salvador Ali and Thomas Edison became experts in navigating their hypnogogic states. They would take short naps throughout the day with the intention of accessing this dream space for creative inspiration. It can take practice to surf this half-dream state before allowing yourself to completely fall asleep.
In this course, we learn to face, embrace, and overcome sleep paralysis. We will show you that it is possible to avoid fear and turn it into an amazing lucid experience. If you do not want to experience sleep paralysis, I don't blame you! I will still provide some tips on how to wake up from sleep paralysis and break free. However, I do encourage you to stay in it, dont wake up, and see what happens. Proceed with loving & positive energy.
The Wake-Induced Lucid Dream (WILD) is a method known to be more difficult for most people, but can produce amazing dreams and out-of-body experiences. In this technique, a person is attempting to remain conscious while crossing over from the wake state to the dream state.

Guest Coach Nicoline Douwes Isema- Dream expert and sleep enthusiast. On a mission to show everyone how to wake up with new ideas. Thinking In Your Sleep
In this video we talk about the steps of approaching a dream analysis, using Amina's dream as an example.
My guest coach, Melissa Johnson, from The Dream Hub, will be talking about understanding your dreams on a deeper level. The first step to doing that is understanding what areas of your waking life might be speaking to you through dreams.
When people become lucid for the first time, it is common to get excited and wake up after a few seconds. The dream may become fragile and you will wake up immediately after realizing it's a dream. This is where stabilization comes in. Once you get lucid take a second to just breathe before you run to fly around and go exert your ego into the dream. You wanna make sure you can stay in the dream and stabilize it for a longer lucid dream.
Cannabis is widely used as a sleep aid, both recreationally and among medical users. Around 70% of young adults who casually use cannabis report that they do so to help them sleep. Among long-term cannabis users (those who have been using it for 10 years or more), about half use cannabis to improve their sleep. Among people who use cannabis for medical reasons, such as pain relief, as many as 85% say it improves their sleep.
THC decreases the amount of time you spend in rapid eye movement (REM) sleep when you spend more time dreaming, processing emotions, and cementing new memories. This may make it harder to recall dreams.
REM REMOUND
If marijuana does inhibit REM sleep, suddenly stopping weed use causes vivid and unusual dreams as the brain begins to enter REM sleep more often. During this period, nightmares become far more common and feel significantly more real. Sometimes these vivid dreams may have nothing to do with REM sleep and instead may stem from issues like anxiety, insomnia, or PTSD, which a marijuana user may have been self-medicating.
To get the most out of this course, experts recommend cutting back or quitting marijuana to enhance dream recall.
Binaural beats are external sensory stimuli that can have a magnificent impact on our brain functioning both whilst awake, and also dreaming.
In preparation for the next module on consciousness exploration, let's review research from quantum mechanics, parapsychology, and neuroscience, arguing that materialist science has overlooked data that supports a broader understanding of consciousness. Despite advancements in neuroscience and psychology, NDEs remain unexplained in several ways. FREE FULL BOOK PDF INCLUDED
