The loving kindness meditation is a form of prayer or meditation which is used in all the religions of the world. In Christianity it is called as the sacred heart meditation. In Buddhism it is called as metha sadhana. In Hinduism a lot of prayers are dedicated to World peace { Lokhashemam} including the famous prayer of “Sarvesham shanthir bhavathu”.

Many people around this world face various difficulties, it may be relationships, death of a beloved, non- speaking of a person known to them, differences and partitions of friendship or love, divorce etc. And when it comes to resolution many find it unable to find modes to release it and many can indulge in unnecessary methods which can harm them. And this type of mediation will help one heal the:
