Welcome to this 5 Step Course (What is going on? What do I feel? What do I need? What's in my way? What will I do?)  on how to get to the root of emotional eating. We, Kristen Stum & Mona Tippets are both Certified Life and Health Coaches. Justin Stum, Licensed Therapist will also provide hypnosis sessions.

The focus of the course will be on Intuitive Eating over dieting. Diets focus on food as the enemy, my bad habits, things I am doing temporarily, things I don’t like about myself, the scale and the finish line. Intuitive eating focuses on what you want you want to create and trusting yourself.

The focus will be on gratitude and appreciation for our bodies. Emotional processing will be learned. You will learn how to meet your true needs. We will help you analyze and improve your thinking patterns that might be holding you back from creating the healthiest version of you.
