
Welcome to Living from the Inside Out
I’ve designed these twelve sessions as a gentle yet comprehensive grounding in the inside-out understanding, also known in the world as the Three Principles. If you’re new to this work, you’ll probably find you get the most out of it by taking your time, going through each of the sessions in order, and actually doing the assignments at the end of each session before moving on to the next.
Here are a few additional recommendations:
1. Come back regularly. The nature of the material being covered is that you’ll find yourself hearing new things each time you watch and listen.

Session Assignment:
For the duration of this program, take on "the inside-out experiment":
Live as though your experience of life is like "a divine dream", and that while it looks as though your experience is coming at you from the outside-in, it's actually coming through you from the inside-out. You're living in the feeling of your thinking, not the feeling of the world.
Session Assignment:
Come up with an analogy for how the three principles of Mind, Consciousness, and Thought work together to create your experience of life.
Session Assignment:
Reflect on what life would be like if well-being was your default setting:
Session Assignment:
1. Share a story of a time where you got so lost in thought that it had real world consequences.
2. Don't fill in the blanks - stay in "not knowing what to do" for as long as you can without trying to figure it out and see what happens...
Session Assignment:
What are your "rumble strips" that let you know you've gone temporarily "offline"?
How would someone who knows you well know whether you were "online" or "offline in any given moment?
Session Assignment:
What would it be like to play full out and fearless in everything you do, knowing that nothing real is at stake?
What would you love to attempt for its own sake, even if you were likely to fail?
Session Assignment:
Reflect on these questions in relationship to both life in general and a specific challenge you are currently facing:
1. What would happen if you let go of trying to figure things out and let the intelligence behind life guide you?
2. How would you approach things differently if you knew that "you're the pilot, not the plane"?
Session Assignment:
Share a story from your life about a time where you thought you would never recover but in the end, you came out the other side "as good as new" or even better than ever!
Session Assignment:
1. Reflect on some times when your body has healed itself, whether from a cut or a cold or a broken limb or major illness. How much (or little) did you have to do along the way?
2. Reflect on some times where you've seen past your own "temporary insanity" and your mind has returned to clarity. How much (or little) did you have to do along the way?
Session Assignment:
Come up with at least one example for each of the following experiences:
a. Not much money and insecure
b. Not much money and at peace
c. Plenty of money and insecure
d. Plenty of money and at peace
What do you make of that?
Session Assignment:
If you're in a relationship, take a week off from trying to improve it (or fix your partner).
You can always go back to that next week! Whether you're in a relationship or not, show up to people this week with as little on your mind as possible and enjoy the natural feelings of love and connection which emerge.
