The wheel of live
The circle represents your life, the whole of you. The pieces of the pie, or spokes, are the parts your life.
This exercise is powerful because it gives you a vivid visual representation of the way your life is currently, whereby each area of your life is mapped on a circle, like the spoke of a wheel.

This tool is often used as a goal-setting exercise, to help us be more balanced when we set goals.
