Master lower lip shading by carefully stretching the skin, shaping the outline, and applying controlled pigment with 90-degree needle motions across multiple passes, while managing depth and anesthetic.

Perform a second pass on the lower lip to intensify color, remove excess pigment, and work section by section with a 1-point needle at 90 degrees to the skin.

Finish the first lip shading sitting by concealing borders with a white pencil, hydrating with lip balm, and timing a follow-up in about four to five weeks.
