The purpose of this program is leave you a healthier, stronger person by the end. It is a transformation program, meaning you come in one person and leave a totally different person. If you work hard, trust yourself and trust me, I have no doubts you will have amazing success.
In weeks 1-4 you will learn to will begin the FORGING THE SELF process where we take all the steps required in order to be successful with this program. You will begin a new workout routine designed to make sure you get a solid understanding of the basics before progressing to week 5. First we must lay a solid foundation before we can build our fortress upon it.
In weeks 5-8 we begin the FORGING THE PATH process where we take your training to the next level. You will have a month of training under your belt already, and in this section we really narrow down on your goals and what you want for yourself.
In weeks 9-12 we begin the PURSUING YOUR DESTINY where we ramp up your training again (better to target your goals) and make sure you're in a physical and mental place where you're ready to graduate this program and will have accomplished your goals.
