Description
Without realising it we all limit ourselves. For example, this can be by saying that others are better than us, or we are so good we don’t need to learn, that we are too something or other - too academic, show our feelings too much; not sufficiently dynamic, not confident enough, etc.
This experiential course is designed for those of you who are interested in being an effective, aware, and thoughtful leader. Whether you have aspirations to be a leader or are already a leader but wish to improve, develop and grow, this course is for you. By the end of the course you will be aware of the ways in which you may hamper and limit yourself so that you re-decide, reframe, and move on.
Therefore, this is a course more about awareness than about academic skills development. We take tried and tested psychological concepts and develop them into practical and easy to understand processes. Our aim is to help lift self-imposed limits; show you how to side-step your negative conditioning and make positive decisions to redirect your life in the way you want it to go, with particular emphasis on leadership. We believe and know that change is possible.
Who this course is for:
