An introduction into the root cause of health and what you can do to control your own health.
My name is Jonathan Nzoma and I am an orthopedic sports medicine specialist. I have been eating healthy, exercising, and even meditating for years. But, I still had high blood pressure and I had been taking a blood pressure pill since 2009. I was missing the information on the root cause of high blood pressure and how to reverse it. My doctor had even suggested that if my numbers did not improve, I may need to have a second medication to take for high blood pressure every day.
Quite by chance, I learned about Lifestyle Medicine and took a couple training courses. I became certified to teach Lifestyle Medicine in 2022. I put what I learned to work and made the recommended changes to my lifestyle. Today, I no longer have high blood pressure and I am off of prescription medication.
Blood pressure medication costs about $5,000 per year. One way of looking at it is, that I could have saved $65,000 and whatever other damage I caused my body over the past 13 years with Lifestyle Medicine.
Maybe you are not ready to change today. Just remember that you are responsible for your health. You now know the 6 ways you can improve your health. If you or a loved one gets a diagnosis of cancer or a chronic disease like high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes, you know where to find the information you need. It has been my honor to share this valuable information with you. Thank you for your time and attention.
