Description

This wellness program was developed by a registered and accredited Holistic Wellness Counsellor who can provide, life coaching, or counselling to help you effectively manage your anger.

This course will teach you how to understand anger and how it can affect your life and relationships. This information can be used to effectively manage angry feelings in a proactive manner, potentially leading to less conflict or hostility with others as well as negative feelings and emotions.

You'll learn about the anger cycle and how to tell if you're losing control of yourself or your behaviour. This is referred to as emotional intelligence. An escalation phase, a crisis phase, an enraged phase, a recovery phase, and finally a depresion phase are all present. It's important to understand why you act the way you do when you're angry.

You will also learn about four different types of anger: passive anger, passive-agressive anger, chronic-passive-agressive anger, agressive anger, and assertive anger.

Finally, I will show you a few tips how to reduce angry feelings based on the type of anger you're experiencing after we've covered the fundamentals. Certain types of anger are more severe than others and may require professional intervention, which will allow you to assess yourself and decide what steps to take.

Finally, I'll share some tips for dealing with and reducing conflict.
