See chakras and petals with their colours as well. Then the golden nectar moon at Bindu-Ajna and the blazing white crown light at Sahasrara

TIME: 8 MINUTES
KRIYA YOGA 17 - UTTHANA:
a. Closely visualize the smoky Linga at the Mula.
b. The top and the bottom cannot be seen because there is a baby snake wrapped around the Linga, with its tail at the Linga base and its head at the Linga top. The snake is like an electric coil, vibrating, shimmering. It is coiled 3 ½ times around the Linga.
c. Inhaling. The snakes head and body start rising with the sound of SHI, SHI, whilst the tail remains curled around the Linga.
d. The head and body of the ascending snake are as wide as the Sushumna and the Sushumna is as wide as the hollow body.
e. If the snake slips/ descends and then ascends, or twist or turns, it is fine, let it-it will come back to the original position-then continue with the practice.
f. If the Linga moves up or down to other chakra points, it is fine, let it.

TIME: 4 MINUTES
KRIYA YOGA 19 - ATMA DARSHANA
a. Prana is entering and exiting from every pore and opening of the Rock-body
b. Experience as the prana is moving in and out of the canyon, there is an expansion and contraction taking place. The body is immobile so who is contracting and expanding-this is the Aura of the Soul-Self-watch this closely and see the colour, size and nature of this Aura.
c. Now, with every exhalation, imagine the Aura body becoming tinier and tinier till it is the size of a tiny golden egg, at the centre of the hollow rock-body.
TIME: 6 MINUTES
KRIYA YOGA 20 - PURUSHA DARSHANA
a. Concentrate on the tiny golden egg at the centre of the hollow rock-body. Watch it, feel it and sense it intensely, without tightening the mind or controlling it too much, but without allowing the mind to drop from this state.
b. Now see the tiny golden egg expanding spontaneously, by itself without any attempt on our part to imagine so.
c. It is luminous, radiant, emitting wonderful rays of light
d. It is getting larger and larger till it fills the vision completely, and becomes of Universal size, it is the Universe.
e. Now see, within that great golden light, something is appearing, what is it?
f. Think nothing, do nothing, keep awareness fresh and clear, not tight or lose-keep watching as the mystery unfolds.
g. Experience and then dissolve the self into bliss as soon as the golden bliss experience starts.
TIME: 10 MINUTES
Aum Harihi Aum
The true meaning of Kriya Yoga has been elucidated clearly in the Patanjali Raja Yoga Sutras. The Master text explains that the intention of Kriya Yoga is to systematically attain the nadir of all Yogas - Kaivalya or Complete Liberation.
According to the Second Chapter of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras - Sadhana Pada, Kriya Yoga is the practised correctly when one combines tapas or heat increasing spiritual austerities with Svadhyaya (study of the self) and Ishvarapranidhana (depositing one's life force unto higher consciousness).
When practised with the right view and the correct technique, the 21-Step powerful Kriya Yoga practice burns away our mento-emotional afflictions or cognitive fallacies, thus paving the way for Samadhi or Mergence with All. In this course, you would learn the 21-Step Kriya Yoga Technique that nips the root cause of all Cognitive Fallacies or Kleshas, and thus paving the for Higher Cognitive States of Samadhi.
This course is especially helpful for aspiring meditators and yoga practitioners who wish to fully understand the science behind the practice of Kriya Yoga techniques and how these techniques can help students achieve a beautiful mind and an open heart by reducing the cognitive fallacies or kleshas.
