There is a huge difference between those you WANT change and those who DO THE WORK to change. Please read the suggested books and do the gratitude affirmation for the next 21 days.
In case there are any technical issues, here are the assignments in case you are not able to access them. You can submit your answers in a message to me directly.
Assignment 1: Write down your daily log for your "Ideal Day". From the time that you wake up, until you go to bed, write down how you would like to spend your day. Use your imagination and create your perfect day. After you write it down, close your eyes and being to envision living out your perfect day. How do you feel about your ideal day?
Assignment 2: You are the sum of the 5 people closest to you. Now is the time to reevaluate who those 5 closest people are. It's been said that the five people closest to you shape your success, your interests and much more about you — maybe more than we even realize.
"Show me your friends and I'll show you your future." In order to change your life, you may need to take a close look at who you have nearest to you. Write down who those 5 people are and examine what they bring into your life. It may be easier to write out a list of pros and cons for each person. After writing your list, ask yourself if they are in alignment with your desired change or if they would become more of an hinderance to your growth. If the relationship with the people contradict your desired goals, you will need to replace them with someone who supports the desired version of yourself and your life. That may mean that you will have to nurture other friendships, get a mentor, or make new friends. Either way, be intentional about the people that you allow to be closet to you.

Do you feel that there is room for improvement in your life - for you to become happier, more inspired and fulfilled?
Why do we still struggle with self-punishing and self-sabotaging habits after trying so hard to change? Many people believe that happiness comes from success, health, and great human connections. The inverse of this principle is actually the statement that is the truest: success, health and great human connections are the inevitable results of being happy. In order to increase our capacity for happiness, we must tap into our own sense of awareness. When we increase our awareness, we are then able to understand with more clarity the important messages our body is telling us. When we are unhappy, we'll know it and feel it. However, we also have the power to shift from unhappiness to enjoying a happy life. Unhappiness is the result of disharmony between mind, body, and spirit.
