First, you must understand your starting point to know where you want to go. This process not only helps in tracking your progress but also brings you closer to realizing your vision.
We will start your self-assessment with the Wheel of Life exercise. This simple yet powerful tool enables you to simultaneously measure your satisfaction levels across all major areas of your life. By assessing these areas of your life together, the wheel helps you have a clear overview of what areas in your life are flourishing and which ones need improvement. It offers a 360-degree view of your current life situation, helping you identify areas of imbalance and guiding you in setting goals and priorities aligned with your life vision.
For each category, ask yourself, 'On a scale from 1-10 (with 10 being the ideal), how satisfied am I with this area of my life?' Don’t overthink it, ‘go with your gut’ and use 10 at the outer edge to signify complete satisfaction. Rank your level of satisfaction with each area of your life by adding a number to the squares.
If you have not downloaded the workbook yet, this is a good time to do so. You will find the download below.

How can we start to understand our needs?
We begin by asking ourselves the right questions. Then, we gather all that information to observe, be conscious of it, and fully understand what we have, what we can use, and what we need to create. It's crucial to identify which of our needs are unfulfilled and which ones are met. Additionally, we must be aware of the resources available to address those unmet needs.
Information is essential for providing ourselves with options. The purpose of your mind is to gather data, enabling you to choose the best options for your specific life. From there, we can define what we need in the future to meet all our essential needs. This process not only aids in self-understanding but also helps others understand you better.
Our conscious and subconscious minds contain all the information we need; they are just waiting for us to direct them, tell them what is important, and what to focus on. If we are feeling confused, it's likely because we haven't given our minds clear directions on how they can assist us. Most of the time, they are just wandering around. So now is the time to get clear, focus, and take charge of our minds!
This introspective exercise is designed to help you delve into the fundamental reasons behind your desire for change and the creation of a new life. Understanding your 'Why' is crucial as it serves as the driving force and anchor for your goals, especially during challenging times. It's about connecting with your deeper motivations and values.
Instructions:
Find a Quiet and Comfortable Space: Choose a peaceful location where you can think deeply without interruptions.
Prepare for Reflection: Have your Life Reimagined workbook, journal, or digital device handy to record your thoughts and insights.
Contemplate Your Desire for Change: Begin by reflecting on your current situation and the changes you wish to make. What aspects of your life are you looking to transform? This could be your career, relationships, health, lifestyle, or personal growth.
Explore Your 'Why': Ask yourself, "Why do I want to make these changes? What is driving me towards this new life?" Consider the underlying reasons and motivations. Are you seeking fulfillment, happiness, health, balance, growth, or something else?
Dig Deeper: Challenge yourself to go beyond surface-level answers. Often, the first response is not the deepest or most authentic reason. Ask "why" repeatedly until you feel you've reached the core motivation.
Consider the Impact: Think about how achieving these changes will impact your life and the lives of those around you. How does your 'Why' align with your values and the person you aspire to be?
Write Down Your Insights: As you uncover your 'Why', write it down. Articulating it in writing can provide clarity and solidify your understanding.
Reflect on Your 'Why' in Difficult Times: Keep your 'Why' accessible and revisit it, especially during challenging times. Remembering your core motivation can provide strength and direction when you face obstacles.
Use Your 'Why' to Guide Decisions: Going forward, use your 'Why' as a compass for making decisions and setting goals. It should guide the steps you take in your journey of transformation.
Purpose:
The purpose of this exercise is to help you gain a clear and profound understanding of your motivations for change. Knowing your 'Why' is essential for maintaining focus, motivation, and resilience as you embark on the journey of creating a new life. It's the foundation upon which lasting transformation is built.
Welcome to this section on Mindset. Here, we'll carve out some space for creation!
Learning how to calm ourselves and control the mind is an important part of bringing our envisioned life into reality.
We will be practicing mindfulness techniques to get you into the right frame of mind to Create Your Vision!
In this video, we will focus on grounding you, and connecting you to your body and inner self. I'll be demonstrating breathing techniques that serve as a fast and efficient way to get you into the zone!
When we're ungrounded, our minds can lead us in circles, leaving us feeling restless and stressed. It's crucial to ground ourselves enough to sit still and create. Connecting your feet to the ground helps develop a sense of security and safety, moving away from feelings of being scared, nervous, confused, and unsure.
One of the quickest and easiest ways to get grounded is through Diaphragmatic Breathing (Deep Breathing).
Now that you are grounded, it is time to make space for creation. We will begin with a 3-minute meditation, during which I will show you how to do concentration meditation.
This practice involves active concentration, where you consciously focus your mind on something specific.
I will break down the categories and guide you on how to articulate your personal vision in each section. This is where the magic happens, so I hope you are excited to take the next step toward getting clear and achieving what you want

By detailing your ideal lifestyle in writing, you create a clear vision to guide your choices and actions, helping to align your daily habits and decisions with your broader life goals.
In this visualization, I will be walking you through the category on Lifestyle. This section is for you to imagine your ideal lifestyle. Remember to dream as big as your imagination will go. Put no limitations, no need for logical intervention in a dream. You will be working out in your mind how you really want to live and how you want to experience it. There is so much information that you will get from this, enabling you to turn it into action steps toward your ideal lifestyle.
This visualization will help you start embracing your ideal lifestyle. Whether your goals are related to health, leisure, work-life balance, or personal achievements, this practice will guide you in forming a clear and vivid picture of the life you aspire to lead.
Instructions:
Find a Comfortable Space: Choose a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Initiate with Deep Breathing: Start with deep breaths to relax your mind and body. Inhale deeply, hold for a moment and exhale slowly. Repeat until you feel calm and centered.
Envision Your Ideal Lifestyle: Close your eyes and begin to picture your ideal lifestyle. Imagine a typical day in this life, from morning until night. Visualize where you are, what activities you are doing, whom you are with, and how you are feeling.
Incorporate Specific Details: Add details to your visualization. What does your living space look like? What kind of work are you doing? How do you spend your free time? What are your health and fitness routines? Be as specific as possible to create a vivid and tangible picture.
Focus on Emotions and Sensations: Pay attention to the emotions and sensations associated with this lifestyle. Feel the joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment that come from living this life. Absorb the sense of peace or excitement that your ideal lifestyle brings.
Acknowledge the Path to Get There: Consider the steps or changes required to achieve this lifestyle. Visualize yourself taking these steps confidently and effectively, overcoming any obstacles with resilience and determination.
Purpose:
By regularly engaging in this visualization, you can reinforce your commitment to your lifestyle goals, making it easier to take the necessary steps to bring your vision into reality. Visualization is a powerful technique for aligning your mindset with your aspirations, leading to more intentional and fulfilling life choices.

Choose a Reflective Environment: Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can think deeply and write without interruptions.
Prepare Your Writing Materials: Have a journal, notebook, or digital device ready to record your thoughts and insights.
Review Your Desired Changes: Reflect on the changes you are planning to make, as identified in your exploration of your 'Why'.
List Potential Consequences: For each change, write down the possible consequences, both positive and negative. Consider how these changes will affect various aspects of your life, including relationships, career, lifestyle, health, and financial status.
Identify Potential Challenges: Think about the challenges and obstacles you might face in making these changes. These could include practical barriers, emotional difficulties, resistance from others, or internal conflicts.
Evaluate Readiness and Impact: Assess your current readiness to handle these challenges and consequences. How will they impact your life and the lives of those around you? Are there aspects of your life that may become more difficult as a result of these changes?
Develop Coping Strategies: For each challenge, brainstorm potential strategies or solutions. How can you prepare for or mitigate these challenges? Who can support you, what resources can you tap into, and what skills might you need to develop?
Reflect on Flexibility and Adaptability: Consider how flexible and adaptable you are willing to be in the face of unexpected outcomes or challenges. How might you adjust your plans if things don’t go as expected?
Document Your Thoughts: Write down all your reflections, assessments, and strategies. This documentation will serve as a valuable resource as you move forward with your plans.

What is visualization? That is what we will be exploring in this section – the use of mental imagery to train the mind.
Visualization, or mental imagery, is a purposeful process where mental images are created. This can occur with the eyes open or closed. Visualization involves simulating or recreating visual perception to maintain, observe, analyze, and transform those images. The objective is to modify associated emotions or feelings, aiming to experience consequential physiological, psychological, or social benefits. For example, this may include alleviating psychological pain, such as anxiety, sadness, and low mood, improving self-esteem or self-confidence, and enhancing the capacity to cope when interacting with others and difficult situations.
These mental images often come from actual experiences, which develop knowledge about a subject or situation. As a creative process, visualization connects experience and imagination within all forms of communication: reading, speaking, listening, and writing. It is commonly referred to as mental imagery, mental pictures, or simply making pictures in your head.
The course of our lives is shaped by our intentions, which spring from our desires. However, it's important to recognize that an intention is not a goal. We must release all attachments and expectations we have when setting an intention. An intention is used to align us with what we want in our lives—it’s an aim, a purpose, or an attitude that we would like to adopt. Our intentions influence our actions. Positive intentions typically result in positive actions, which, in turn, produce positive results. That is what we are aiming for!
In this section, it's about affirming your vision. It's not just about writing wishful thinking; it's about affirming the lifestyle you want to attract, create, and live at this stage in your life. Affirm it as if it is real so that it feels real and in turn can become real.
Affirmations are critical for the emotional support of our feelings during visualizations. They encourage us to persist. Creating new beliefs is essential for making our vision come true, and sometimes we have to repeat those new beliefs to ourselves again and again until they are established in our minds. Words also create feelings and affirmations help us generate the feelings we want to experience. They can combat negative thoughts and old beliefs, aiding in the transformation and reinforcement of new belief systems, positive attitudes, and expectations.
When visualising your vision you will get so much information! This is the place to write down the things you realize, the epiphanies, and the action steps you can take away from visualizations.
We all know we have great ideas, but if we don’t write them down as quickly as possible, we forget them and end up banging our heads trying to remember what they were again. AND there is nothing more frustrating than losing a good idea!
Set realistic, time-managed goals by breaking daily to yearly targets into bite-sized steps using a goal setting planner, a project vision, and a vision binder with daily visualization and intentions.
In this section, I will show you how to create a digital Vision/Action Board using Pinterest and Canva. Later, we'll learn how to make a physical Vision/Action Board. Once you've created your Vision Board, place it in a prominent location to inspire you and serve as a daily reminder to take action towards making your vision a reality.
Why create a Vision Board? As the saying goes, 'A picture is worth a thousand words,' and your vision board will be a daily reminder of your vision for your life. Each time you look at the collection of images and motivational words, you will feel excited, happy, and joyful about the wonderful vision for your life. This will energize you to make the changes and take the actions needed to turn your vision into a reality.
