A healthy Life Recovery Plan is a pro-active, written strategy, for recovery. A roadmap that helps us navigate vital aspects of the journey. It is the foundation, or core, of a sustainable recovery process. This course will take you through sixteen lectures and, in that ,the building blocks for you to create your very own, personalised plan, or GPS, for your life. This can be helpful for all people , not just those in addiction recovery ,to maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle. The course is broken down into segments that you can pause on, and in your own time engage with, and make notes to help you complete your LRP. In addiction lies chaos and disorder ; With the LRP, you are setting the foundation for a lifestyle managed by you, where you are protected from retreating to old flawed ways of thinking, increasing your toolbox to deal with life on life's terms, and more importantly, setting you up to create a new, positive, holistic way of living life, and THRIVING in recovery, NOT just surviving. A Life Recovery Plan is one of the most fundamental tools you can provide for yourself, in this journey of Recovery and Wellness. The Course will offer all the necessary guidelines to complete a comprehensive plan that you can carry with you and change as your life journey alters.
