Fergus's background is in personal training, coaching, sport, psychology, sociology and education. He has worked for 20 years as a personal trainer and life coach. Throughout this time, he has crafted together a 'back pack' for life to help people navigate through their life decisions with enjoyments. This includes his extensive work in understanding values, goal setting, human needs, the subconscious and finding a personal mission to name a few.
