In this video Michaël will explain all about how our body consists of a gross (larger scale) layer; the flesh, blood, muscles, all the physical parts of our being. And the more subtler layers like energy in nervous system and cells, mind, emotions consciousness and how it all relates to each other.
Now that we have mastered the simple whole body breathing technique, we are going to apply this to the subtler layers of our being as well. Learn to breathe kindly with full awareness into the body, mind and heart and then let go with the breaths of the most subtle layers of your being.
