My name is Fabian and I am happy you have found the way to my online courses!
In each course, I will invite you to follow 16 practical exercises of three levels to train your brain, induce neuroplasticity and improve your whole body coordination without any extra materials.
In each of the videos, you will receive three levels to complete. Each one consists of an exercise that must be completed multiple times in a row. I will demonstrate the exercise, so you can stop the video until you reach the targeted repetition. The videos might just be a few minutes long while your training takes 20 or 30 minutes. Please continue the video only as you have reached the goal. All you need for the exercises is three juggling balls. For most of the exercises, you will just need one or two juggling balls, but as we're proceeding in the levels, there will be some tasks with three balls.
I hope you will enjoy the process of improving your movement, brain and coordination. This series is mostly for dancers, movers, athletes and people who want to take the next step in their training process, brain capacity enhancement and movement exploration.
