By the end of this course, you will:

✓ Make small talks without hesitation.

✓ Ask and answer questions in the present simple, continues and perfect; the past simple, continues and perfect; the present and past habitual, imperative and subjunctive.

✓ And perform language functions such as:

* Expressing wishes

* Reminding people

* Giving orders and instructions

* Asking for permission

* Expressing regret

* Making suggestions

* Etc.

What is the major focus of this course?

This course is focuses on two main objectives:

✓ Language acquisition is achieved through listening tasks that will help you acquire: vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation

✓ Language practice is achieved through speaking tasks that will help you practice conversational Farsi.

LISTENING

Listening helps your brain to get used to the new sounds of Farsi.

After exposing your ears to the language for a certain period of time, your brain acquires the accent, the pronunciation, the vocabulary and the grammar.

However passive listening isn't of much help.

This course includes three main activities that make listening active and that contribute to the facilitation and efficiency of Farsi acquisition:

✓ Sentence completion

✓ Word matching

✓ Pronunciation exercises

SPEAKING

“Practice makes perfect!”

This course focuses on both fluency and accuracy in speaking Farsi.

It provides 3 speaking tasks to practice your speaking skills:

✓ Answering questions in the different tense

✓ Using slang expressions and idioms

✓ Performing language functions (giving advice, making requests, expressing wishes, reminding people, giving orders and instructions, asking for permission, expressing regret, making suggestions, … etc.)
